Love these ear buds! I use them for my ipod and these have a great sound. Volume level is higher than my last pair! Highly recommend....

I'm hard on headphones and go thru them quickly. I bought these after going thru my second straight pair of sonys. one of the main reasons I went with these was the detachable and replaceable cable...after nearly two years, the cable went bad and ue replaced it under the warranty...outside of the warranty, a new cable is $20.

soundwise, these are ok. they do a good job at blocking out outside noise which is nice if you take public transportation. they are a little weak in the bass department and they have a tendency to slip ever so slightly out of my ears which kills the sound. ...

When my Brookstone earbuds finally gave out I knew I wanted to upgrade. Read lots of reviews and realized everyone has there own taste for sound and what sounds great for one person will likely sound lousy or at least mediocre to another. So it wasn't easy choosing which earbuds to bet my hard earned money on. Finally settled on the Ultimate Ears super fi.3 studios. If I had looked at the specs showing only a 20 to 13Khz response I would not have tried them. Fortunately it was only later after being blown away by their clarity that I went back and looked expecting a 30 or 40 to 30KHz response. I still can't understand how the highs seem so clear and detailed with only a 13Khz top end. Maybe my ears are getting worn out. In any case there were a number of reviews that compared these buds favorably with ones costing three and four times as much. I had limited myself to $50 but found these for $70 on earphone solutions dot com and decided to risk it. If you like lots of bass these are not...
