Read lots of reviews and realized everyone has there own taste for sound and what sounds great for one person will likely sound lousy or at least mediocre to another. So it wasn't easy choosing which earbuds to bet my hard earned money on. Finally settled on the Ultimate Ears super fi.3 studios. If I had looked at the specs showing only a 20 to 13Khz response I would not have tried them. Fortunately it was only later after being blown away by their clarity that I went back and looked expecting a 30 or 40 to 30KHz response. I still can't understand how the highs seem so clear and detailed with only a 13Khz top end. Maybe my ears are getting worn out.
