Such power from such a little appliance. The whole counter shakes when I use it. Also, some of the recipies in the booklet that comes with it have become family favorites--I highly recommend the crab cakes. The only complaint I would have is that my lid cracked from all the wear, but if you get a warranty this isnt a problem....
