I used to take USANA vitamins but I switched to Herbally Pure vitamin supplemens. I got tired of the nausia with all the pills I was taking. On the herbally pure web site I found a lot of information from the FDA warning about mega doses pills need because of their lack of absotbrion. My family really like the taste and I am so happy that I no longer have to fight with everyone to take their vitamins. I recommend everyone check out the information on the Herbally Pure web site www.HerballyPure.com and try their vitamins and vitamin supplements. I now think Herbally Pure vitamins are the best vitamins for my family.

I tried Usana back in 2006 just after having 5 surgeries within 3 months! One of the surgeries included brain surgery. The other surgeries had to do with trying to figure out why we have lost several babies and haven't had children yet. A friend of ours came to me and said "I want you to take these even if I have to pay for them myself". I was not willing to try them but I let my husband take them becuase he is the one who would decide if we bought them anyway. He tried them and called me and told me I needed to try them. I decided to try them but thought to myself "Yeah right, like this is going to make me feel better!" I took them and after about an hour I started looking out my back door at my white vinal fence and noticing that there were grass stains on it. This is after i had not been up and walking by myself in about a month. I then got up off the couch, walked outside and scrubbed down my entire fence and haven't sat still much after that and I sleep A LOT better too! I finally...

I swear by Usana - they help me to feel better and get rid of the sakes and pains I get daily. Helps me to stay away from the doctor because I don't get sick that often. The difference in the way I feel is very noticeable on the days I take Usana and the days that I forget. ...

Usana is only available at their website from what I understand. Many people find the need to work with their site annoying but eventually you get used to it and or set up an auto ship and forget all about it. Don't be put off by it, it's worth a try.

I have been sensitive to supplements in the past with stomach upset. Plus sometimes I just wasn't sure they were doing anything. I can definitely tell a difference with Usana. My sister does as well. We actually order together to save shipping costs. Since I think the shipping is pretty much a flat fee per order.

They were recommended to me by my physical therapist and again later by my physician. My sister also had a physician say, "they are the only ones out there that are worth a darn."

Like most high end supplements they cost but they are comparable to other in their quality range. So if you are already paying for supplements these are not much different.

I especially like their calcium products.
