I have been a customer for years.... i was with this company from the primco days.... I have never had a bad customer service experience! the plan i have is great! 59 for unlimited text and calls..... plus as long as i decide to keep the plan i will not be removed!!!!!!! (that plan is no longer offered) another great thing about US cellular is they truly care about their customers!

I recently decided to ditch my Virgin Mobile and go get a plan like the rest of the world due to the endless problems i had with them. So i checked a few places and U.S. Cellular was where I ended up. First off, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products and the tech guy is also very good and fixing any problems you may have with is a sigh of relief. They have a wide variety of phones to choose from and even wider range of plans to choose and you can even customize your plan to fit you needs. I have never had a problem with them so far and the service is amazing. Even in the middle of no where I still get good service. Never had dropped calls and never have any problems recieving or sending messages of any kind. They are quick to answer any questions and even quicker to find out the answer if they do not know-which is rare. For sure a service provider that I would recommend U.S. Cellular to everyone and I do!

US Cell dropped the ball with me after a stellar year and a half. The insurance didnt cover like they said they would. After an extensive conversation with the insurance provider, I learned something shocking. If I dropped the phone in the toilet, started it on fire, or set it on the railroad tracks and ruined it,,,,, It was covered. However I take care of my things. For no reason some functions stopped working. When I told them there was some light scratches on the face, they said it wouldnt be covered since the problem was caused by "normal wear and tear". ??? So how did the scratches on the cover cause the internal electronics to stop working right??? Got me. Just another way to get out of paying out a claim I guess. So to say the least, I am switching to someone else ASAP. See ya later USCell.

As a insurance sales agent, my cell phone is my life. I have other service with companies in the past, but US Cellular has been my right hand for years now. I love the feature of the incoming calls free, and the back up plan for my contact information, along with the nights and weekends at 7. With having a family package, and allowing to add different features for one or two lines, it allows me the freedom of finding the best fit for my busy family. Plus with the wide range of people who are also us cellular customers, with the mobile to mobile minutes free, you save money every month by not using minutes.

I know some companies offer roll over minutes, but you still pay for incoming calls, so that is not such a savings after all.

US cellular also has a great customer service deparment, and from my experience, you do not stay on hold forever when you want to reach them. Very fast service.

If you are not happy with your current service, you should give US Cellular a try!!!

Love the coverage. The price is extremely good and the coverage is awsome me and my husband tried many other companys and no one gave us coverage in the country where we work and live. Us Cellular did everytime and no dropped calls.We have never has an issue with unexpected charges.and the phones are great with great prices I now have the whole family with us cellular and most extended family and we are all happy. A while back we broke a phone by my two year old getting it and replacing it was so so easy no problems...

We've got 2 phones in our household with the same problem. Both screens just all of a sudden went blank. Took both in and it took a minimum of 4 weeks to get them back. One after being sent out for the second time they said was unfixable due to a hairline crack in the phone, the other came back and 1 day later the screen went blank. I'm worried we take the second one in to US Cellular it will come back as unfixable due to a hair line crack. It is quetionable to us as to whether this crack was there in the first place. We ended up having to buy a new phone outright for $379 from US Cellular because the phone was only 6 months old and the insurance had only been on for 30 days. Be careful when you have to send you phones into US Cellular to be fixed and be sure their costumer service people look over the phone with you to document that there is no visible damage to the phone BEFORE they send it out!...

The White Sox don't deserve to play in a field associated with this crap service. Honestly I had them for one year and I was already dying to get out. First of all, they have absolutely no new phone innovations; EVER. So the phones are tired and the prices really aren't that attractive either. And their service, don't even get me started on that joke. I never had good service no matter where I was and I lost count of the number of dropped calls after the first 500 or so. The prices aren't special, they don't offer good deals on multimedia packages which is just one of their ways of screwing you over. Overall the lack of service anywhere I went is what really turned me off....

I was mislead by a sales rep into thinking that US cellular would provide adequate coverage where I travel, all over the state of Arizona. Let's just say, the signal was patchy, at best. Oh it was not fun. And I was told that my incoming calls were free. Yeah, they're free if you're in the "wide area coverage" which encompases like 25% of the US, if that. And guess how much "wide area coverage" there is in Arizona. None. The rep knew full well I'd be using my phone in Arizona, and didn't bother to let me know that gem. Of course I made the mistake of taking his word for it. Their service may work for you, but good God do your research first....

I've had service through US Cellular for about six years, and during that time I haven't had one single bad experience. That says a lot. I have reliable reception, even when I'm out of town. The only place it doesn't seem to pick up well is hilly or areas will mountains.

We recently added a phone for my son for only $ 20.00 more dollars a month! The phone I selected for him was through US Cellular and it only cost me a penny! ONE CENT! It's just a basic flip phone, but that's all an eleven year old needs! And what do you know, two weeks ago he lost the phone. SIGH. Well, fortunately we had insurance on it so we ordered a new one for him at the deductible price of $ 50.00. However, while we wait for his new phone to arrive, US Cellular lets him use a "loaner" phone from their office for free. The loaner phone is so awesome, he wants to keep it for good.

When I receive my monthly statement, I'm not overwhelmed with it. It's easy to read, the charges are clear, and I...

We switched from Cingular (now AT&T) 2 years ago. Every month our bill seemed to get more and more expensive and we couldn never figure out why (billing statements were very confusing). Now we have a family plan with 3 phones and we can always count on our bill being the same each month. And I love the unlimited text messaging - couldn't live without it....

My husband and I signed up for US Cellular two years ago and are ready to renew our contract. I've been very pleased with their coverage in the Iowa area and have been very pleased with their customer service. The service is a bit more expensive, but not completely out of line....
