I have loved trimspa since i first tried it about 6 years ago. It worked amazing for me and i am a total junk food junkie. i lost about 23 pounds my first go around with it which totally put my faith into it. I first tried it because i saw what it had done for anna nicole, i mean it seemed to work a miracle for that woman, you know? now, my poor flabby body is in need of some trimspa beacuse i have had 2 kids in the past 3 years!

I am going to give it a second go around here in the next couple of weeks. i need to lose80 lbs that i gained from my daughters! I am hoping that it will help me as well as it did last time. my only real gripe is that after a while it can get hard to remember to take it. i am horrible at remembering pills. but if you can remember to take it, it will work wonders. it fills you up because you have to drink a buttload of water with it, but that is a good thing i guess. so youre less hungry and more tempted to exercise rather than eat.

I have never taken any sort of diet pills because I don't believe they really work. But after seeing so many commercials and testimonials for TrimSpa, I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't expecting much of anything, but I was pleasantly surprised to lose weight! I think it's the fiber in it that curbs your appetite. I wasn't as hungry as before and therefore I stopped my all-day snacking...and lost 10 pounds in a month! I plan to keep using it for a few more months since it does seem to be working....

i think that this way of trying to lose weeight is a lousy decision. it is often abused and it can kill you...

I TRIED THIS PRODUCT MYSELF IT DOES"NT CURB YOUR HUNGER. TOO MUCH MONEY TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES"NT GIVE YOU THE RESULTS YOU EXPECT....

Try these pills mixed with good diet and exercise for best results. Trim Spa will absolutely work for you if you stick to a program. Just taking these pills alone will definitely help to control your appetite, but will leave you feeling somewhat jittery....

it made me feel really nervous it only made me lose wait because i felt to nauseas to eat. if i was anyone in their right mind and cared about their health i would not buy this product. i learned not to buy products ecspecially expensive ones that are endorsed by famous people. i thought it would help me lose weight and not make me feel jittery like other diet pills but it did. i do not recommend this product for anyone....

Trim Spa diet pill should be taken off the market. This product does not work. This diet pill has no effect on your body. It does not help in the aid of weight loss. I do not recommend this product to anyone. It should be taken off the market. and I do not believe that Anna Nichole took this product and was able to loose weight with this product. I am sorry to say that she only lost weight because she was taking drugs and that's how she lost the weight. FDA should be fining Trim Spa for false advertisement.

I took trimspa for about a month and hated it. I felt jittery all the time. I didn't feel it really supressed my hunger much. I also experienced headaches while taking it. I would definitely not recommend these pills to anyone. they are also pretty expensive....

I tried Trimspa last year and didn't loose a pound. I do believe eating right and working out does go hand in hand with using diet pills. I watched what I ate (and not by see it as it went into my mouth) and worked out 3-5 times a week and didn't loose a pound.

TrimSpa works, but you have to add some sort of physical activity along with taking the pills. Even if you add a 30 minute workout video every other day, that will double the time and pounds you lose. You can still eat, but don't overeat. That will counter the effect of the pills. The side effects were mild headaches and frequent trips to the bathroom. I felt like I was pregnant and had to use the restroom every hour. I lost 10 pounds in 2-3 months time. ...
