You have to love a tuck with a back window that rolls all the way down. I've never been so comfortable in a truck then when I drive my Tundra. Drives like a dream and I love my gas mileage....

I have owned a Toyota Tundra since 05 have not had any problems with it. The Tundra is a great truck to own & a pleasure to drive. I have only had to have the oil changed & tires rotated but have had no trouble. If I had it to do over I would definately buy a Toyota again.
...

The 2006 Toyota Tundra is the absolute best truck out there. I was looking for a great ride and at the same time a reliable, tough truck. I found it all in the 06 Tundra. Looks great and rides great with good mileage. No regrets at all a great Truck, of course from Toyota....

This is the best vehicle I have ever driven! I only buy SUVs or Pick-up trucks because of the lovely New England weather in northern NY, and this has topped anything I've ever driven. The ride is extremely smooth and comfortable, the back seats are surprisingly roomy for a pick-up, and I love the way it drives (and it's power- you have to be careful not to peal-out every time you hit the accelerator). I was more than a little concerned about the fuel with a V8 engine, but it is surprisingly much better than I ever expected- especially on the highway. I can make it from western MA to northern NY (5h drive) on 1/2 a tank. I love the 2006 Tundra and want to get another one in the future, but my concern for a future Tundra is the size of them now. The 2008's are a bit too big for me and think the size of the 2006 was perfect....

The Tundra is one of the toughest trucks out there. I use mine to pull a three horse trailor even over hills and it doesn't buck, lug down or anything. It pulls like a dream and comfortable, like riding in a car. I alrerady have 53,000 on mine and never had any work done outside of oil changes and rotating tires. These are very good trucks, wonderful gas mileage and I just cannot say enough good. So go get one today. The new ones are even better if that is possable....

My husband and I purchased our 2006 Toyota Tundra in July of 2006. We have always owned cars but have always come upon situations where a truck was needed. Instead of always asking a family member or friend to borrow theirs we decided it was time to purchase our own. We spent many weeks online and test driving different makes and models of trucks. We had never owned a Toyota so that was the last place we drove to on a Sat. afternoon. We walked and looked at several different trucks on the lot. When we got to the Tundra it was large and I was a little skittish. So we decided to test drive it. Long story short, it came home with us that very day. We both love it. We both have company vehicles so it is only driven on the weekends but I hate Monday mornings because I have to go and drive my company car instead of the truck.

It sits up high, has a very good rating for accidents, lots of cup holders, lots of space, sits 5 people comfortably, has an electric back glass and is just plain and simple...
...

I have dreamt about owning a Toyota Tundra since 1998 when the first prototype came out as the T-150. In 2006 my dream was fulfilled. I ordered my black Limited Access Tundra and recieved her in Feb. Since then we've traveled with her and I even went straight into a guard rail. Traveling has been nice. The Tundra has a smooth quiet ride and with the 6-disc in dash changer, plenty of music options to keep us entertained. As for hitting the guard rail--I hit it going about 50 miles an hour and came away without a single bruise or scratch. The Tundra was able to drive back across the road so I wasn't facing oncoming traffic and despite the damage, wasn't totaled. It was pretty impressive. I feel safe and secure when I drive her. There's plenty of storage for all of my cd's, sunglasses and other stuff. It's all easliy accesible. At the time of this review I'm 9 months pregnant and getting in and out has been a breeze. I fit comfortably behind the wheel and have no problem reaching...
...
