In 6 years and over 100,00 miles we have never had even one major problem with our Corolla. It's cost-effective to drive, and being retired most of our travel is local. We had 2 Corollas prior to this, with the same great success....

I love this car! I treat it poorly (oil changes and other maintenance) and I've had no problems! It gets great mileage (one fill up all highway can get as much as 375+ miles) It's super comfortable on long drives, easy to sleep in if an emergency pops up, and has tons of trunk room for luggage. If you are in the market for a new car and don't know what to get, give the Toyota Corolla a shot. I've only ever had corollas and I've never been unhappy....

This car is great. It is practical and cost conscious. I would recommend to anyone. Zero percent financing was worth it all. This car is great for college students, retired persons or people on a limited budget. It is best to buy the car during Thanksgiving so you get the best deal. So far, I have not had any problems with this little car. It also retains its value very well. I am thinking of trading it in and they gave me a good offer....

I have been thrilled with my '03 Corolla. It continues to get great mileage, is fun to drive, dependable, and very low-cost in terms of maintenance. I drive a fair amount on a daily basis so I am not necessarily easy on my car. And my husband & I have now taken it on several truly cross-country road trips (FULLY loaded) and it still runs like a dream. If you need a practical, cute & fun car to drive, this is the one for you!...

I bought my 2003 Toyota Corolla new. I have never been dissapointed with it. I live in greater Atlanta which is not exactly known for it's great traffic. I have spent hours sitting in traffic and been comforable. On the flip side, I spend a good bit of time traveling to visit with my family out of state. The gas mileage is a major plus! I absoluetly love my car and have in the past and shall in the future suggest a Corolla to my friends and family....

pelicanprincess says "I love my Toyota!" about Toyota Corolla - 2003

This was my first brand new car. I spent weeks looking at and test driving cars. This was the one I loved. It has the most comfortable seats, for my back, whether driving or riding, and I have ridden in a Jaguar,BMW, Cadillac and a host of less expensive cars. I could have bought what I wanted and this was it.

I have a basic car. No power windows, just an automatic, with power steering, and brakes. (what doesn't have those these days) The sound system is basic but good. I have driven it within 3 weeks of total hip replacement, and as soon as I was allowed to do much of anything after back surgery. I can get in and out easily and be more comfortable in it than in some of the chairs in my home.

My husband who is considerably taller than I, finds the drivers seat a bit tight and needs the seat all the way back to be comfortable. So I am not recommending this Toyota for pro basketball players, or giants.

It gets good gas mileage. I average about 32-33mpg. I have spent less than $200 on repairs....
...

moonbaby1960 says "I Love this Sporty Car" about Toyota Corolla - 2003

The 2003 Toyota Corolla S has been the best car I have ever owned. Mine is a 5 speed manual transmission. It is Sporty, get's great gas milage, very reliable & fun to drive. I usally get around 31 mpg around town and 38 to 40 on trips. The interior is very sturdy and well equiped. It has a split back seat that both side lay down so you can put long abjects in your trunk or just put it down to make more room to pack and move or go on long trips. I have not had any engine problems at all. I have put new tires on it and brakes, that is it. It has the fog lights on front which the Sport models have. Aslo the sport models have the ground effects, which is just the sporty looking bottom of the doors and front bumber. It has really kept it's value. I was surprised that at 5 years old with the miles witch are low for five years that the trade in value is $8000.00. That is good since I only paid $13.900 brand new. To me that is good. Also the picture that is with this review is not......

The Toyota Corolla 2003 is a great car for the value. I have been a Toyota Corolla owner since 1986. Although the Sales Associates are shady and liars (if you buy, get everything in writing because they will try to swindle you. Twice they tried to cheat me out of amenities - rims, cd player, spoiler, wood interior...) the Corolla is a great buy. You have a very minimal cost when it comes to maintenance and upkeep....
