Latest reviews about Total Gym total gym 500 http://www.viewpoints.com/Total-Gym-total-gym-500-reviews Tue, 23 Jun 2009 15:01:52 GMT Latest reviews about Total Gym total gym 500 Tlaws32837 says "The Total Gym 500 gives very nice results." about Total Gym total gym 500 http://www.viewpoints.com/Total-Gym-total-gym-500-review-30c4 <p>I purchased the Total Gym 500 online.  It was delivered to my home promptly, which I was very pleased with.  It did require assembly, however.  The assembly instructions were rather difficult to follow.  It was certainly not the easiest piece of equipment that I have ever put together.  Once I finally did finish assembling it ( which took a few hours ) I started using it immediately.  I found it to be very easy to use.  It has several different levels at which you can set the machine in order to increase or decrease the resistance level.  It was pretty easy to adjust the machine from setting to setting.  The Total Gym 500 uses your own body weight for resistance so there are no weights to mess with, which is also nice.  It may not be the best machine to build muscle mass for a man, but if you are looking to stengthen and tone your body this machine produces great results when used regularly.</p>... Tue, 23 Jun 2009 15:01:52 GMT http://www.viewpoints.com/Total-Gym-total-gym-500-review-30c4 Tlaws32837 4 lizskaggs says "total body workout that doesn't do you in" about Total Gym total gym 500 http://www.viewpoints.com/Total-Gym-total-gym-500-review-78d90 <p>I bought my total gym in 1997 and it still works as good now as it did when I bought it.  With this one item you can work your whole body and you will lose more inches than weight.  And it is easy and fun to do.  It is really self explanatory and any novice beginner or seasoned workout buff can enjoy this machine.  It folds down nicely, and you can also stand it up and it only takes up about 18" -22" of floor space .  Believe it or not it has never been used as a clothes hanger!  It is well constructed and will last for a long time.  I paid $600 for it new and would not trade it for anything.  If you need something that will last and take the place of all of your other equipment that takes up all of your space, get the Total Gym.</p>...
