Here I go again...showing my age. My list of Top Ten Comedy Movies in no particular order is...

10: His Girl Friday from 1940 starring Cary Grant and Rosalind Russell.
Bthib says "My Top 10 Favorite Comedies" about Top Ten Comedy Movies

Comedies are my second favorite of movie genres. Here are my most recommended comedy movies that I could watch again and again and again (listed in no particular order or preference):

1. Shaun of the Dead: It's described as "A romantic comedy with zombies in it."

2. Dirty Love: although this movie won razzie awards, I think it is absolutely hilarious. That is, of course, if you like that sort of comedy. Jenny McCarthy is fantastic and there is also a great comedic performance by Carmen Electra.

3. Super Troopers: Broken Lizard's first movie. Very funny. Sort of like police academy but much more funnier.

4. Napoleon Dynamite: Jon Heder is so excellent in this movie. His facal expressions are absolutely funny. My kids love this movie also. So it's one for the whole family.

5. The Sweetest Thing: I can't stand Cameron Diaz but I do love this movie. I like movies with girl having a dirty sense of humor like boys. And Christina Applegate and Selma Blair are fantastic. ...
...

This was harder than I thought. I extended my list to 20 and still had to cross some out. This would be the must have list for favorite movie comedies for me in no particular order.

1. Billy Madison

2. Meet the Parents

3. Bubble Boy

4. American Pie

5. Just Friends

6. Coming to America

7. Anchorman

8. Old School

9. Superbad

10. Half Baked

11. Friday

12. Wedding Singer

13. White Chicks

14. Saving Silverman

15. Elf

16. Liar Liar

17. Dumb and Dumber

18. Austin Powers

19. 40 year old Virgin

20. Boomerang

and I can go on and on...
...
