What a wonderful story! This book tells about different feelings and how they are all ok. I have 2 girls and 3 boys and the girls relate a bit better to the story about this wonderfully rambunctious and free girl. But the boys still understand and enjoy all her different moods...and how she dresses very similar to their sisters. This book also shows parents the very different moods of a toddler/kindergartener and how it is ok for them to feel all these different ways. Sometimes parents need that remeinder as much as children. I highly recommend this book to any parent. Jamie Lee Curtis is an extremely talented writer. Check out her other children's books as well. They are all fabulous!...

I love these books by Jamie Lee Curtis. I think that she really has an understanding of what young children think, ask and wonder. She struck a chord at our house with this book. There is a place in back for your child to turn a dial to show how they feel. My daughter thinks that it is great that toddlers can have any mood.
...
