Hi this is Sharlo;

I just bought a toastmaster waffle maker for my daughter and her fiance for Christmas present. She picked it out when she was out here on vacation.

I have an old style one that I have no idea the name of it, and she said she wanted one for her self I hope that she will be happy with this one. This is my first review and the info on the box sounded llike it would be a good one.

The toastmaster that I bought is an easy to clean twb2regt model I would give it 4 stars.
...

Toaster Waffle Baker TWB4REG works great, and I am happy with mine. The product cooks evenly throughout each waffle, and across the entire surface. The clip broke off fairly quickly, but doesn't matter, as the baker stays closed and cooks without it. I use the baker frequently to make a buttery waffle cookie, so spraying it with cookspray isn't an problem. Spray it, wipe it out after you're done, and put it away. It even has a green light when it's ready to bake, and when the product is done. (Judge for yourself on that one, though, all batters are different.)
...

I use our Toastmaster Waffle Maker quite often, especially during the cold months, for a quick and satisfing meal after a busy day. I find it easy to use, by the time the batter is ready, so is the waffle maker and the cooking time is quick and the reheating time is very short. I also find the waffle maker easy to clean. It also is easy to store when not in use....

I have this product and enjoy using it often especially on Sunday mornings. But you really need to spray it with non stick before each use. It gets a little messy if you add too much batter, but they taste great. A lot better than the frozen ones from the store. It is a pain to clean, but what waffle maker isn't....

When you are stuck for time but want a quick and easy breakfast, this is a great product for you. No matter how many times I use this, the waffles come out tasting great. If you are on a budget or pressed for space, this is a great product to have in the kitchen. I liked the compact size and you just pour the batter in and bake. The only problem I did have was the waffles sticking, so you might want to spray some nonstick spray on before you use. The convenient ready light shows you when they are done and ready to eat....

LaurieM says "This waffle baker isn't the best waffle maker." about Toastmaster Waffle Maker - Family Size Model #TWB4REG

I received this Toastmaster Family Size Waffle Baker Model #TWB4REG for a gift. I never owned one before and was used to just making the frozen waffles and popping them in the toaster. After using the waffle baker, I found that we weren't really missing much.

The Waffle Baker

According to the manufacturer, this rectangle waffle baker bakes a 4-section waffle, has nonstick grids for easy clean up and dual ready lights. There is a cool touch housing and storage for the cord. The Waffle Baker stands on end for easy storage.

My Experience

My first thought when receiving this waffle baker as a gift was, "what am I going to do with this"? OK, rude, I know, but does anyone really need one of these? I was still kind of interested to see how it worked and if the waffles were really that much better than the ones I bought frozen in a box. I took it home and looked up how to make waffle mix. (don't laugh) and I found a simple recipe:

2 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs,...

...
