I bought my first Tiny Love Symphony In Motion Mobile when my son was a baby, and I bought it used! So understand that this mobile has now been used by at least three children! My son was enthralled with it. It has everything a baby loves to look at--from the very bright colors to the black and white areas--it kept him entertained when he was in his crib for naps.

Beyond that, the music was very sleep inducing as well! After we were done with the mobile unit, we left the music box, and it lulled him to sleep every night. He has been using that music box for over THREE YEARS!! Now that my daughter is ready for naps in her crib, we actually borrowed someone else's music box piece, so that both kids could use the music box and my daughter could use the mobile. She loves it every bit as much as her brother did.

My only complaint has got to be that as the batteries run down, it sounds so incredibly sad! But that happens only every few months, so I can live with it.

I was really excited to purchase the Tiny Love Symphony in Motion mobile for my first baby after reading excellent reviews. It is a very unique-looking mobile- not exactly the subtle babyish mobiles you might by to correspond with your nursery decor. However, I think it is the bright colors and vibrant designs that make it so appealing to babies. My two children have really enjoyed this mobile, though they may enjoy it a bit too much. The music is quite loud, even on the softest volume, and the stimulation from the mobile is a bit too much to induce a sleepy state. I have successfully used the Tiny Love mobile for a few minutes of entertainment while I tried to grab a quick shower, though. Overall, I really do like this mobile but would just warn you that it is not the best product to use if you are serious about getting your child to go to sleep. If that's what you're after, you might want to look elsewhere.

This tiny love mobile really occupies the baby for a long time. The music and motion is soothing and puts my baby to sleep all the time. The music also changes and can be manually selected so that it does not get annoying to the parents. The only con I found is that it made a slight grinding sound as the moblie turned. I called up the company and they sent me a new motor, no problem. The sound is still there partially but it is hardly noticable. Highly recommend!...

I love this crib toy. I just can not believe how much sensor and the baby loves watching it for a long time. the melody and everything is just a great price. This mobile has been a lifesaver since day one! My daughter is now 4 and a half months old and still loves studying the mobile. The mobile may look funny to adults, but babies love it! The colors are perfect for baby's eye stimulation. The music is also enjoyable. The remote is fun to play with at first, but we rarely use it. We have only had to change the batteries one time so far in four months and we use it several times a day. I would definitely recommend this product....

Although the strange looks put me off this mobile at first sight, after opening the box and looking at it from a baby's point of view, it began to grow on me right away. The view from below is everything the child development experts tell you a new baby likes to look at - black and white, high contrast patterns, brightly colored shapes with faces on them, and everything spins independently. Not only is the view best from below, but the visuals hang at a slight angle to better face the baby.

The mobile plays three different pieces of music, each with a specific purpose. The selections were already familiar to me as a pianist, but most people with any degree of cultural literacy will recognize the tunes. The Bach Prelude in C major from the Well Tempered Clavier is for soothing the baby to sleep, the Beethoven 2nd Movement from the Piano Sonata in E minor is for stimulating baby to activity, and the Mozart Andante Grazioso from Piano Sonata K 331 in A major is for cognitive development....

The Symphony in Motion mobile is cute, practical, and interesting. In addition to playing classical music, it provides black and white stimulation (which as you know, young babies cant see color), and some soothing sounds of moving parts (kids also like to hear washing machines, vacuums, etc). You basically get all the "noise" and movement you need in one.

The Symphony in Motion mobile is easy to assemble and pretty inexpensive. So, it tends to be a great shower present.

What it looks like?
The little characters are really cute. They are bright colors with interesting black and white accents. The primary colors typically blend into most rooms. And, if they dont, it is cute enough to warrant hanging on its own anyway.

Easy Assembly
The mobile is super easy to assemble. Even I did it! All the pieces (I think 3) easily screw together. (big huge screws).

Overall, I think it is a good mobile as it provides brain stimulation and a little laughter in your kids room.
