      <description>&lt;p&gt;I had time warner for 2 years.&#160; I have 2 tv's and one of the boxes was not working for a month... I was not able to call because I was very busy...I called to report the problem and to request credit for the service I did not received... they declined to provide me with the credit.&#160;&#160; I asked them to cancel the account, and they did.&#160; This company would rather lose a good client than to give credit for the service they did not provide.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I had the Time Warner phone service installed last year. Like other customers I had issues with retaining my old phone number, it took several calls over a month and resetting appointments several times to make it happen.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My main complaint is my phone goes to a&#160;off hook&#160;signal while it is hanging, unused on the wall, I have to check it several times a day and reset the modem. I have called customer service&#160;numerous times, they are neither &lt;em&gt;knowledgeable or helpful. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Since appointments run several days to several weeks out it's impossible to get any real customer service. I have waited twice for someone to show up at their assigned time window, it just doesn't happen, and there has been a message both times, &quot; We're sorry we missed you.&quot; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;I wondered why they hadn't called during the appointment window and let me know they were running behind, maybe the phone was off hook again.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;I have decided to&#160;drop this company's phone service I need is a phone that works and Time Warner needs to understand...&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;When it come to cable provider, do not choose Time Warner Cable. I have no choice but to have them because it's the only one in my area. I have had so many problems with Time Warner...I've lost count how many times a tech has come to my home. I have had my picture freeze on my tv a number of times, which by the way, I even turn off the cable and the picture was still on...lol. I'll be watching tv and the picture will freeze for a few moments and them come back on, missing some of the show I was watching or the sound will go out...and&#160;by the way, all this happens on new tv's...and the list goes on. This has been going on for a few months with a tech coming out more than twice a month while installing a new&#160;box each time&#160;and the only thing they did for me when I finally said something was 5 days free of service...lol...and I'm still to this day having problems.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;I will say that the tech person was really nice and helpful each time, but they just can't fix the problem...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This service in a nutshell: &lt;/strong&gt;is provided by one of the most low-class, horrendous companies that I have had the displeasure of doing business with.&#160; Their customer service representatives are rude and totally inept.&#160; Whatever happened to the old-time phrase, &quot;The customer is always right?&quot;&#160; Time Warner has obviously never heard about it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;When my family and I moved into our new house, I did some homework on bundle packages available in our area&#160;and Time Warner offered the only bundle that included high-speed DSL, as well as digital phone service with all the bells and whistles like Voicemail and Caller ID.&#160; For the 1st&#160;six months of service, I was very pleased with Time Warner Cable.&#160; I never saw any weird charges on my bill and the DSL was lightning fast.&#160; Plus, it's easy to pay online with a debit card or personal check, which was how I generally paid my bill.&#160; When I paid my last bill, I provided all my checking acct. information on TWC's website and was sent an approval code via...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>WE have been with Time Warner Cable for several years now and added the phone service and DVR. Wow what a deal! I especially like the phone service because I can talk to family and friends out of state free anytime!!! Never have to worry about running up the bill. It is truely wonderful. Occassionlly when we have trouble they are there for us by phone, internet or right at our door. Never, never charge for coming out to fix a problem or talk you through it on the phone.And that DVR is addictive! One of those thing yu can't live without once you have it, like a microwave! ha! Thanks Time Warner!... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I don't know what I was thinking adding Time Warner Cable's digital phone service.&#160; I was already unhappy with the quality of my cable, but the Telemarketer that called convinced me that I'd save a lot of money by switching.&#160; So I gave up Embarq phone service, which I was very happy with, to save a few dollars and have digital phone installed.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;What the telemarketer didn't inform me was that I would be paying out a $ 70.00 install fee!!&#160; No one told me about that, so imagine my surprise when I opened up my first bill.&#160; Ouch.&#160; Secondly, MY TELEPHONE HAS HORRIBLE CONNECTION NOW!&#160; Before installing the digital phone I had crystal clear connection, no it sounds like I'm talking in a wind storm.&#160; The connection is fuzzy, and every so often the phone just disconnects in the middle of my phone call.&#160; Other times, I'm unable to pick up the phone and dial a number.&#160; I have to hang up, dial, hang up, dial.....until I get a connection that actually works.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I called Time Warner to let them...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>i have had timewarner digtal cable , internet , and phone , for the past year , it was ok for the first 6 months , then the service problems started phone /internet modem would go out and come back on ,&#160; TWC came out changed the modem prob still happen now dig. cable tiles or ( has the little blocks ) i have to rest the cable box 6 times a day and most the time it only corrects prob for 30 mins, TWC has been out 9 times now in last 2 weeks with no results in fixing the problem anyone in my area having this problem or anyone have any suggestions... </description>

FIRST, THEY TOLD ME 1 APPOINTMENT FOR ALL INSTALLATIONS-PHONE, CABLE AND INTERNET. THEN I NEEDED 3. THE FIRST GUY WAS LATE, THEN DID NOTHING. RESCHEDULED AND ADD ANOTHER APPT TO PUT UP THE CABLE. THEN &#160;2 WEEKS LATER,THE PHONE GUY WHO TRIED TO CHARGE $40.00 THAT WAS NOT OWED. THEN THE INTERNET GUY. HE WAS A PROFESSIONAL AND INSTALLED THE MODEM. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;SINCE THEN, LESS THAN 12 MONTHS, 2 BAD DVR/RECEIVERS, ON HOLD 25-35 MINUTES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANY NON-WORKING REMOTES AND HUNDREDS OF EXCUSES. I AM LOOKING INTO FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;LAST NIGHT, THE NEW BOX, LESS THAN 1 WEEK OLD STOPPED WORKING.       <description>&lt;p&gt;Time Warner charges way too much and the cable&#160;reception is bad.&#160; They say digital television is so good that by law everyone must have it next year, yet our TV&#160;shows are&#160;going out every few seconds and the screen is held hostabe by scrambling digital blocks!&#160; All they tell us to do is reset the box.&#160; How many times a day does it take for them to realize there is an issue?&#160; We reset our box up to 8 times in some days.&#160; It makes a difference for an hour usually - sometimes not even that long.&#160; If we reach a &quot;good&quot; customer service rep they will reset it for us from their location.&#160; That will give us 2 or 3 hours of clear television.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Telephone and internet are ok, though.&#160; &lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>time warner took over the cable company in my area and while doing so told everyone they were going to rebuild it. well they have owned it for nearly 2 years now and so far i still cannot get cable although it is avaliable at the end of my street and they say they have no intentions of running the cable to the other 67 houses on my street , so now i am doomed to satalite and dial up . now to me that sounds like a bunch of lazy workers who dont like or need there jobs very well. all it proves to me is that time warner doesnt care much for there customers or the towns that they keep taking over .... </description>

      <description>I don't think it's possible to find a &quot;worse&quot; company than Time Warner.&#160; People do not answer the phone, put on hold forever, and then get disconnected.&#160; They say if you report an outage, you'll get credit for the day . . hello . . digital phones do not work when there is an outage, so unless it is a large outage, or weather related, you could wait for weeks to notify them.&#160; Of course they think everybody in this world own a cell phone, well ...hello again...&#160; no towers in this area, and no cell phone signals either.&#160; Not a bit happy with this service or company.... </description>

      <description>Time Warner installed my package and the next day I found jewelry missing. This is under investigation. I called every week for four weeks and each time I was told someone would be calling me shortly. No-one ever called. The last person I spoke with yesterday said to make a police report and call them back with the police report number. Their customer service is very bad: long wait times, frequent disconnections, no call backs. I have informed a certain media source and am waiting for a reply. All in all, I would definitely NOT recommend Time Warner to anyone.... </description>
