I have buldging disks and thoratic outlet syndrome in my neck. I am in constant pain with this problem. I use to be a flight attendant and had to be extremely physical at my job. I used thermacare air activated neck wrap when I worked International flights. I was on the plane for eight hours most of the time, and this product really helped with my pain. I also had no trouble going through security with it, which is a big plus these days. I would definately recommend this product to anyone that needs a on-the-go neck pain reliever! It was also a big plus that I could keep it concealed under my uniform and move around freely without any of the other flight attendants or passengers knowing. The only downside to this product is that there is only three in a box, which could get pricey if you used them all the time. Although, it was totally worth every penny to me to keep on flying! I think this product would benefit anyone that suffers from pain at any job or activity they do.

When my back or neck hurts, I rely on ThermaCare. I just put the wrap on and the heat makes the pain stop. I feel so refreshed and pain free.

I had neck pain that was unbearable. I applied the neck wrap to my neck before going to bed and in the morning it was gone. I've never had such relief. Not even from medications. Recommend it highly.

Therma Care Heatwraps work wonders and last for a long time. I have used Therma Care Heatwraps for the past three weeks, my doctor turned me on to them and i really beleive in and stand behind the product. I lasts for about eight hours and stays warm constintly. Who ever created this product, id love to thank because when im on the go i need to use a heating pad and now i can with out a electrical cord. Before i started using the Therma Care Heatwraps i used heating pads that needed to be plugged in and now that i know that this product works for me i can use the therma care heatwraps instead. It helps relax and take the pain away from any area that is hurting. If you have cramps or pains and you dont have the time to stay in an area long enough so you can use a heating pad then this is for you it saves so much time and effort. I think that Therma Care heatwraps work and are very effective. Just try it for yourself.

I use the Neck Wraps on my abdomen to relieve menstrual cramps. I have found the ones for the neck and shoulders to be the perfect shape and size for my stomach.

I have a hard time taking medicine and can't swallow pills, so the heatwraps are an amazing solution for cramps! They are self-heating and air activated, so I am not tied down by the cord of a heating pad. The heat lasts for up to 8 hours, which is long enough for me to get work done and go about my day-to-day business without the inteference of pain. They are thin enough to go under my clothes with no one noticing it's there (except not under super tight shirts). The adhesive is strong, so the wraps stay put. It's also more painful than a bandaid when you're ready to take it off.

The heat wraps can be a little expensive and generally have only 2 to 3 per box, but I only use 1 a month. They are perfect for mild cramps, and work best when a wrap is placed on at the first onset of pain. If I wait until the pain is really bad,...

One of the many more luxuries we have in life, a portable cordless heating pad. When Mother Nature and my dearest Auntie Flo come to visit, I make sure I have plenty of the ThermaCare heat wraps on hand. These unique little pads are air activated and can last for 8 hours or more. I have had them last for 10 hours, and then I just had to finally take it off. The comfort these pad provide cause you to forget you even have one on.

I purchased the ThermaCare Air-Activated Heat Wraps for menstrual cramp relief. And relief is what it brought. The ThermaCare wraps provides relief with its air activated heat discs. These little heat discs are made up of iron, charcoal, table salt and water. Gee, why couldn't I make this at home? Probably because it is easier just to run down to the grocery store and pay my $6.00. Each box contains three heat wraps. The ThermaCare wraps take about 30 minutes to totally heat up, but only when you remove the paper backing which covers a sticky like surface to provide......

I use these things for more that pain relief. I volunteer in a donations warehouse loading dock. I'll use one of these packs just to help keep me warm in the winter months. I also wore on the a college football game last fall... it's amazing what a difference a little heat can make in your day....

I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for several years. I have tried everything under the sun for pain, Of course when you are working a pubic job its hard to take pain medication. I tried these heat-wraps. They work great! Gave pain relief for 8 hours. They don't stop pain but ease it made it bearable to get through the day....

These are great for everyone to use - children and adults. If you don't like taking meds for every little ache and pain - get these and keep them handy. They are great for any body aches that require heat to treat. They last a few hours and are much more convenient than heating pads because they are portable and you don't have to hold them on your aching body part!...

I used this product in the Clinical Trials phase prior to marketing. If the wrap is exposed to air (per directions) prior to application, the generated heat really can penetrate the muscles. Relief is long-lasting. Hopefully the retail price will come down soon!...

My daughter has terrible discs in her back and the pain is very bad for her. we tried these and they work very well for her. Although she has had to have other treatments they helped at the time. I highly reccomend them for minor achy pain, anything more serious should be seen by a doctor. ...

I do not use Thermacare but my wife swears by them. She will put one on before bed and it lasts all night and stays put all night!!! They are NOT mentol which my wife really likes.

I am a strong believer in using generic brands when possible, but having tried a generic brand of this type of item, I found that it was not nearly as good as the Thermacare. Much heavier, but uses a much cheaper adhesive.... the result is that they don't stay in place. Not much point in saving money if the product does not do what it is supposed to do. Neck to Arm wraps are the best. The ones that are for the back tend to roll up and the menstral ones are not as effective. They are a little pricey (especially if you use them a lot, like my wife), but they are a great product.

These wraps come three to a box and are air activated. When you open the package, the pad starts to heat up. They have little discs inside that work with your body heat and really get warm. They can take anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes to be fully heated but I find they are warm the minute I apply them. They are made for the neck/arm area and adhere with self adhesive that stays put for hours. The heat will last for about six hours on me, longer on other people. Because the pads are thin, no one knows I am wearing one unless my shirt is low cut in the back. I generally wear the pads at home and don't care who sees them. These really work. It is like having a cordless heating pad affixed to the painful...
