My husband I stayed at The Venetian for our honeymoon and it was absolutely beautiful! Neither one of us had ever been to Las Vegas and were given this amazing gift from my father. He travels to Las Vegas frequently, but had never stayed there himself. From what he had seen and heard, it was the only place he wanted us to stay. The service is exceptional, the decor is exquisite and the food was superb. While casino hopping, I noticed other hotel lobbies were ridiculously packed and had extremely long lines for check in, that was not the case at The Venetian. I loved the crowd in and around the hotel. The shops between The Venetian and The Palazzo were amazing, I thought I was in heaven. The Gondola rides are a must. I highly recommend the large rooms and great service found at The Venetian.
...

Although I'm usually a budget conscious traveller, every once in a while I either find an incredible rate someplace or just decide to spend a little extra money to see how the other half lives. Of the two times I've stayed at the Venetian, thr first was because I found a great rate, and the second was because I missed the hotel and decided to spend a bit extra...

This place is absolutely fantastic, even by Vegas standards. Their rooms are all suites, huge, clean, and well decorated, and they've thought of all the little things that make frequent travelers enjoy staying there. The all-marble (faux marble, I would assume, although I don't know that) bathrooms are a fantastic touch, and the rooms themselves are incredible with plenty of room and a fully set off living area, separate from the bed area. Usually I don't spend much time in my room while in Vegas so I go cheap on the hotel, but to have something this nice to come back to is well worth the money to me.

The service is fantastic...
...

I love the relaxing and luxurious atmosphere of the Venetian where you can experience the lush European atmosphere in Las Vegas. Rooms are comfortable and run for about $199 per night. They feature amenities like large televisions and bath areas as well as remote controlled Roman curtains and a comfortable bed. The Grand Canal Shoppes feature a cobblestone walkway and has a variety of stores from apparel to jewelry as well as art galleries and specialty shops. As you walk, you will pass by the waterways of Venice where you too can experience a Gondola ride which run through the streams daily. Talented performers serenade shoppers as they stroll along the Grand Canal. Performances are held at various times throughout the day, seven days a week. The Venetian Living Statues perform daily in St. Mark's Square. No romantic trip would be complete without a graceful and romantic glide down the Grand Canal in an authentic Venetian gondola. Float beneath the bridges and near the streets......

This hotel is amazing!!! It has great location on the strip. It is pumped with the great scent and always smells fresh and yummy. The rooms are the size of a small house - and clean... incredibly clean! Each room includes at least 3 flat screen TV's! There is an inside shopping mall and gondala rides. This is the most amazing hotel I have ever seen!!!...

By far, the best I have stayed at in Las Vegas. That includes Bellagio and Mandalay, both of which are nice in thier own right. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am not a high roller, and they referred to me by first name. Restaurants were many and first class. The pool, while there are no wave pools, waves, or sprawling grounds, are very elegant. I love the padded lounge chairs. And best of all, Venetian has the best location. Out the door to the left is a low rollers paradise of Casino Royale, and the Wynn to the right....

The Venetian hotel is beautiful. Remember to bring your camera because it's a great place to take photos. The rooms are large and the amenities are luxurious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower had great water pressure. We had a great view of the mountains from our window. The pools were clean and nice, but not as fancy as some at other hotels. It was a long walk to get from our room to the casino, pool or to see friends in the other building. It seems that they could come up with a better layout to make more direct routes to get to different parts of the complex. It was pricey, but we felt that the quality and service matched the price. They could also use a couple of moderately priced restaurants. There was fast food and $65 per entree fine dining restaurants, but not much in between. We would go back. ...

The rooms are big. The whole place is so fantastic. Service is great too! I lalso look for a nice bathroom which has a large shower, so that you could move every which way. This is the only place that I came across in Vegas. We stayed at the Wynn, Paris, Aladdin, etc., but this is the best one. We've been staying there every time we go down to Vegas, about twice a year....

The Venetian hotel in Vegas is lovely. Next to the Bellagio, I would say it is the "nicest" hotel for someone who is more into the social/art/dining scene than the gambling scene. Yes, people do go to Las Vegas for reasons other than gambling.

There are a lot of great things about the Venetian. First and foremost, the rooms are amazing. Really amazing! They are gigantic. I think they told me they are among the largest standard hotel rooms in the world. Yes! The world. I shared a room with a friend and we had more room that we would have ever needed. And, the bathroom. WOW! It was bigger than 3 of my bathrooms at home combined. Amazing, simply amazing.

The Venetian is also very tastefully decorated and it's Canal Shoppes offer good shopping. They also offer gondola rides which while a little corny, was really fun. And, our gondola guide was really talented at singing. My friend and I loved it! Lastly, I would note that they have pretty good dining options that are reasonable. I ate at the...
...
