I saw the preview for the movie and knew I would not be interested. My  younger sister is an avid reader as well. We both like fantasy type books. I am more into horror than romance and was one of the reasons I was hesistant to read even the first book. My sister pestered me for weeks about buying the first book, and I refused stating it is a teen romance and I do not read romance novels. Well for Christmas she bought me all four books. I could not ask for a better gift. THe story is based ona female human teenage girl Bella that moves to seattle to live with her father. While she is there she begins school and in the cafeteria catches the first glimpse of the Cullen's. It is a GREAT reminder of how awkward it was being a teenager, thinking one thing while the other person is thinking something entirely different, mixed signals is what I guess I am saying. Shame on Mr. King for his blast as Meyers writing is far different than his,  so is therefore un comparable. The Twilight series is a LOVE story. A Basic love conquers all obstacle's . The book is well written and it keeps moving so it keeps your attention at all times and keeps you flipping the pages . Anxious to get to the next page to find out what happens next.</p>&#13; <p>                          I found myself so caught up in the story, that I ran out and bought all  the last three books so I wouldn't finish one book and not have the next book in hand and ready,so I could  jump right into reading the next part of the story without delay. The author brought  the characters to life and you really know each and every one of the characters in the story. I look forward to reading the 5th book which I understand from reading her...</p>... It's one of my favorite hobbies. I'm not able to do it as often as I'd like being a mother of a near two-year-old. And sometimes I'm also a little afraid to read, to get too into the story because I've been known to become obsessed with a book or a series of books. I won't sleep. I won't eat. And it's the only thing on my mind. It's all I can think about! I dream about it. It's a little scary, actually! And sometimes, I'll fall so in love with the story, with the characters that when the story ends I feel like I've lost my best friends and I mope around the house for a week and I feel sad for awhile. These books were like that for me...almost <em>more</em> than that.<br/><br/>I know, I know...I'm not really the demographic. I'm not a "young adult". I'm not a young girl obsessed with soppy romance novels. But remember...Harry Potter was originally geared towards younger readers as well and look at all the people obsessed with him! Well you have to read the books to find out what happens.  All I'm going to say is that I cannot wait for the movie to come out on Blu-Ray..  Enjoy!</p>...
