Despite the critical pounding that "Terminator Salvation" took, and less than spectacular box office, it's possible that The Halycon Company is invested enough in the movie franchise that they'll make a sequel anyway, although to be honest that will probably depend on DVD sales for the film. Overall, "Terminator Salvation" has not been a runaway hit, and once you factor in production and advertising cost, it's a minor success at best, but it's hard to justify another major movie sequel (with the mega budget of one) from that. Lanie Grace apparently has information to the contrary, and whose to say she's wrong.

She also mentions that besides the direct-to-DVD continuation of TSCC, the show's producer and showrunner Josh Friedman will not have anything to do with the movie. I find that a bit perplexing, and would the castmembers really return without Friedman?

Grace claims the cast are obligated to return "due to contract clauses". Um, no, not really. You can't make an actor drop everything...

The Terminator Sara Conner Chronicles is a futureistic sci-fi show that one day could become a reality if out society keeps advancing at the pace it is going. Computers are getting smaller and doing more things for us each day that man and his conceince and human nature once decided. In this show human like robots are created to assist humanity but then they learn to think and repair themselves and make more like themselves until they decide they are better than man and take over the world, The Connors try to go back in time to prevent this technology from ever being invented and are finding it next to impossible,between the law,the governmant and the terminators following nthem back in time who knows if humanity will survive. Great show.

Wow...I could not have been more surprised by the quality of this weekly show....I eagerly anticipated it, but tried not to get my hopes up (look what ahppend to the bionic woman remake - ugh!)....but I have absolutely come to look forward to Monday Nights (Chuck first, then TTSCC)....love the relationship between Cameron and John, cant wait to see how it develops further....

Ok, the show is good. But would it have hurt them to come up with main characters that looked like the ones on the original Terminator? I mean come on. How did Sarah Conner end up having dark brown hair in this one? It has been a discussion at my house about how true this could be. Has anyone else ever noticed that some of the movies come out then something happens in real life just like on a movie that you watched? Anywho, can someone please get rid of that fugly redhead on there. Every time she is on the TV, my hubby has to comment about how ugly she is. Tends to be annoying when you are trying to hear what they are saying. But, I TOTALLY agree with him....

Okay so i really think that this show should be off air. Honestly they should be using that hour to put on some better show like fringe or bones. This shows are worth sitting down and watching. The sara conner chronicles really who wants to watch it. It doesnt even have a connection to the movies. they stoped making movies obviously because they thought that there wasnt any reason to keep it going on. Well that is my opinion on that. I would rather sit down for that hour and watch the spanish channel....

The sarah conner chronicals really follow the movies well cause i like seeing the developement of john conner between movies 2 and 3 . the show has really kept me wanting for more . it has great action and dramma and one killer story line . i cant wait to have all the shows on dvd with special features . from the looks of the novenber shows coming up i cant wait to see all the developements come together .......

When I found out about this show, I was a bit skeptical. I wasn't sure if they were really going to pull it off, but I am a huge Terminator fan so I decided to give it a try. I was really happy with the way that it turned out. I absolutley love this show. I record it on my dvr just so that I make sure that I wont miss a show. The charactors that they have playing do a really good job and they really pull you into the story. I highly reccomend this show....

If you were a fan of the original Terminator movie, or the second, you'll love this. It's back to the great action, great plot, and moral dilemma.

The actors are excellent, especially the girl playing Cameron (the terminator). You'll remember her from Firefly. No one can keep a straight face like her.

The new season also is the debut of Shirley Manson's acting career (singer from Garbage). Good casting all around.

The Sarah Conner Chronicles is some the most fun you spend watching t.v. It has a great story and it's action packed. The series fits in well with the canon of the orignal films. And it answers so many questions about John and Sarah's life on the run, and what's to come in the future. I can't wait to see how things unfold in the new season. I love the addition of Brian A. Green as John's future uncle, and I love Summer Glau as the female terminator. She plays it with just enough edge to make you believe she is some sort of cyborg, but know just how to tone it down when it is time for the robot to assimilate to her surrounding. Bravo for Summer....

I am a big fan of the Terminator trilogy and have seen the movies numerous times. This TV show is great and the choosen actors and actresses are fantastic in playing John and Sarah in 'the between movies life'. The actress playing John's Terminator protector is great. There is a lot of the movie timelines in this show, a good amount of humor and a lot of great action. Hope this show lasts for many seasons....

I have been looking forward to this show for awhile, and I have not been disappointed! It's action packed from the very beginning!! I love the actors they got to play the parts, I think they portray the characters wonderfully, and pay great homage to the characters in the movies! I also like the humor that is thrown in, making it just a fun show to watch! I takes me back to my childhood. I loved the Terminator movies, and was "in love" with John Conner as an adolescent girl! I think they have done a wonderful job with this show and look forward to following it!...
