I love this lip butter from the body shop. However, i tend to use it only during late fall and winter months since it tends to be heavy. I would also prefer a stick version over the little tub version since i'm not too keen on getting it on my fingers. the smell is delish....

The weather in New York where I live is so unpredictable that it really takes a toll on my lips. They are often dry and sometimes cracked. I recently received the Body Shop Mango Lip Butter as a gift. I normally use Blistex so this was a new one for me. As soon as I twisted off the cap the smell of Mango was so delicious that I wanted to eat it! Unfortunately, this is not edible. When I licked my lips they tasted like wax!

My Experience

This Body Shop Mango Lip Butter costs $6.00 for a 0.3 oz. round container. The size may sound like a little but it goes a long way. This lip butter is applied with your finger which I found to be a little bit of a pain. I have medium to long nails and the lip butter would get stuck underneath my nails. Once I did get it applied, there wasn't a need to reapply it every ten minutes because it lasted a good long time. The lip butter...

I love Body Shop products because they are cruelty free. I particulary love their line of body and lip butters. For summer I am a huge fan of the mango lip butter. It smells summery perfect and goes on nicely. The cute little orange pot it comes in is easy to find in make up bag as well. These also make great stocking stuffers....
