Mandigrl says "My house has a great smell now!" about The Body Shop Home Fragrance Oil

I love to use The Body Shop fragrance oils in my house. The little bottles of oil last a long time because the oils are very concentrated so you only have to use a few drops of the oil in your oil burner to get a fantastic, long-lasting scent. The Body Shop has many different great scents to choose from. Sometimes I like to mix a few drops of different scents together in my oil burner to make my own unique scent.

I think the only drawback for me is that they oils can be a little pricey. The bottle is really small and costs more than if you got the same size bottle at a regular store. I use my oils often, so I do go through the bottles more quickly than others might. Sometimes I add water to my oil burner with the oils to make it last longer and to lighten the scent, but the directions on the oil and burners usually tell you not to add water.
...

humid2 says "This stuff is filled with fragrance" about The Body Shop Home Fragrance Oil

I have used The Body Shop Home Fragrance Oil for years in my kitchen. Here's why. This oil lasts forever, comes in many awesome fragrances, and fills my house with deliciousness. In fact, I would recommend this fragrance over scened candals like Yankee. With Home Fragrance Oil you will get a scent that is strong enough to actually smell but not overpowering. Unlike, scented candals you will be able to use the entire contents of the bottle and this product is much easier to store. Instead of asking yourself where to shove all those scented candals you can store several varities of this oil in a kitchen cabinet. If you do choose The Body Shop Fragrance Oil you will need to but a burner and tea lights. Also, if memory serves me right The Body Shop offers promos from time to time where you can buy a couple of scents at a reduced price.

In my experiece the fragrances that are fruity smell the best. I would personally stay away from anythig too musky.
...

I use these scented oils on a daily basis and would not nor will not switch to anything else. They are so fresh smelling and make the entire downstairs smell great. You can mix these oils with others to make scents of your own and a terrific way to make your whole house smell great too. They aren't messy at all and are very potent there for only require a few drops to last an average of about 3 to 4 hours. Usually my tea light burns out long before the oil has burned....

I bought two of these scented oils at a home party that a friend of mine threw, Orange Clove and Cranberry. I had never used scented oils before and was a little bit nervous buying them for the first time from a home party when I hadn't even had a chance to smells them, but I'm completely satisfied.

Both of them smell wonderful, and they last a long time because you only have to use about 6-10 drops to scent an entire room! I use them with my potpourri burners by adding a little bit of water (maybe a 1/4 cup or so) to the oils, and just let the tealights under them burn out. (With a little bit of trial and error, I figured out how much water to put in to make sure that they were never burning dry.)

The scents I chose smell great individually, but I can mix them together and make a whole new scent if I want! It smells either like I'm baking something or like it's Christmas at my house a lot of the time, and I'm not sorry about it. :-)

Also, since I can't stand clutter any more...
...

I was shopping with my daughter and she needed to buy some oils so I went into the Body Shop with her. I liked the way the shop smelled so I bought an oil burner and some cranberry oil. When I got home I burned some oil to try it out and everyone who came into my house remarked about how good it smelled. The fragrance is long lasting, even after the burner has been extinguished. I like the fact that you can dilute the oils if you want a more subtle scent in the air, or can make it stronger if you need to cover up other smells in the house (burnt food). AFter my initial purchase, I went back and bought several other fragrances and have not been disappointed in any of them. I highly recommend these oil if you like a great smelling house!...

This product is a great alternative to regular candles and air fresheners. The scent really fills the entire house. I use a few drops with water, so a small bottle sure does go a long way. I bought a bunch of bottles when they were on sale, and am surprised at how long they have lasted me, I haven't had to buy any in ages. There is a great variety of scents too. Satsuma is my favorite!...

I have tried several different scents of The Body Shop Fragrance Oil (lavendar, samasutra and ocean) and all of the oils are exceptional!! It can be a little pricey unless you buy them on sale...but they are well worth it... Only a couple of drops last several hours. The scents are subtle - not overpowering. I have not found another oil to beat The Body Shop Oil. I highly recommend this product for anyone that is wanting something that is worth the value for a wonderfully smelling home....

I am a Body Shop LOVER! Anita Roddick is my hero!
I have a "Love Your Body Rewards Club" card (it is $10 to purchase) and you get really good deals if you catch the sales at the right time.

On your birthday you get a credit of $10 towards a purchase, so yes...this means you can get something totally free if you want to, but I can never stop at the $10 mark! haha

Anyway, I was at Denver Int'l Airport one day, with some extra time on my hands, so I used it to go do a lil' shopping at their airport retail store. They ended up having a half off sale, on gift kits. I got a metal oil burner with 2 oils gift kit, for $10!!! Yep, tis true!
The sales girl there told me that I can burn either oil separately (which I knew) or combine the scents.

My eyes just lit up and I asked her to sample that idea for me, and she gladly obliged. Opening the lids to the two scents in my kit, she placed them together and swirled them around my nose. I wanted to just take a bite out of those bottles right there and then!......

If you haven't yet tried the Body Shop's line of home fragrance oils, rush to the store or website and get some! They are the most heavenly scents I have found, and I am quite certain I've tried nearly everything out there! These fragrances are very natural and pleasant. The oils are potent enough to fill a large room, and yet are somehow not over-powering.

They can also be diluted or mixed with each other to create the exact fragrance you're looking for, and they have a variety of applications. I own several burners, but the Body Shop also makes a diffuser that you can plug into the wall, and lately I've taken to putting a few drops into my air purifier and it works GREAT!

My favorite fragrance is satsuma orange, which is odd for me because I do not typically like "fruity" scents, but I can honestly say that I haven't yet smelled one that I didn't like. These can be a little pricey at $7.50 per bottle, but they are often on sale, and the Body Shop also has a "Love Your...
...
