We originally purchased the Grand Bed. However, we felt it was a bit too "soft". We called Tempur-Pedic and exchanged it for the Bella Sonna. They charged us $150.00 to do the exchange, but we felt it was a small price, as the total cost of the Grand Bed came to $10,000. The Bella Sonna is much more to our liking. Very firm and totally comfortable. We purchased the California King size and it was the best decision. We also purchased the Grand pillows ($400.00 each), and we love them. When people come over, we tell them to lay on the bed for 10 minutes to try it out. Ten minutes later, they are asleep! I love the 14 inch mattress height, as the California King size sheets fit perfectly on them (9 inch California King mattresses are harder to fit with sheets, as the fitted sheet it always too loose). This was absolutely the best money ever spent on a mattress. We purchased on-line but went to Raymour & Flanagan to try them out before we purchased it. Also, the salespeople...

I have owned my bella sona for over two years now and I Love It....I no longer have back pain ...I am a larg woman and other mattress would have indentions in them over time due to i lay in one position ...my bella sona is comfy as can be and i cant say enough nice things about it ......it was worth every penny...and every friend that has ever stayed at my home while i have been away have said the same thing.... love the temper pedic never will i ever recomend a spring mattress....

if you like sleeping on the floor (a soft floor) but a floor nontheless - then this is the bed fo you - i wish i was told that from the salesman - lying on it at the store is not the same as sleeping on it night after night. there is nothing comfy and cozy about it.

we even exchanged a regular mattress for this THING and now we are out a ton of cash and are stuck with a bed that when i wake up my back is stiff and i have not had a full nights sleep. i am absoluty miserable and am actually going to try to sell it on e-bay. it's not even a month old. dont buy something for a ton of cash - unless you know someone who ones one
