The Temptations Old World Bakeware is about the best bakeware I have ever used. It goes right from the fridge or the freezer directly to the oven or microwave without any problems or vice versa. It cooks beautifully. It makes my dinner table look so much more beautiful. The clean up on these are a breeze. I absolutely love them. The only thing I would change is to make the lids air tight lids. They are very loose. The food I have cooked in them alwasy turns out great. Never overdone or under done. I have gotten so many compliments on them. They are very sturdy and good quality and very affordable. It is great for special occasions as well as everyday use. I have bought two different sets and I use them almsot everyday. The wire baskets and trivets make it easy to bring right to the table without burning your table. They have a great variety of colors and sets. The value and the quality make it an easy choice for me to make.
...

bakingmom says "great for baking, not so good for storing food " about Temptations Old World Bakeware

K8103 is the item the 11 piece set is very nice until you use the plastic lids! they do not fit at all, they are too large, even though they have little plastic clips on the inside of the covers they still do not fit therefore making it impossible for the stoneware to be stored in either the freezer or the fridge, but yet they are sold as "fridge & freezer safe with the plastic lids matching lids" that is so not true. during the video they dont show u how the covers dont fit nor do they disclose that they dont fit.

they covers just "sit" on top of the set, they do not latch closed & you cannot get a tight seal making it impossible to cover & store them in the fridge or freezer. i had to put press n seal under the lid before i put it away i the fridge.

but they worst part is that Temptations knows they dont fit, but they dont tell u that before u buy them, i learned of this when i called qvc & she told me that temptations knows they "dont fit properly even though they have plastic...
...

AlabamaNaNa says "Temptations Old World Bakeware is Great" about Temptations Old World Bakeware

Temptations Old World Bakeware is wonderful. Very pretty and functional. Nothing sticks to the bakeware. Very easy cleanup. Dishwasher safe. Browns your breads evenly and releases easily. My set came with storage lids. They are not your super strong lids but do ok for short time refrigerator storing. You could always use plastic wrap then the lids also. As this bakeware is made in China I was leery of lead content but after reading the companies website I feel that they are just as concerned with lead content and they have assured me of its safety. ...
