Tan USA has always had the hottest beds and a good selection of tanning levels and lotions. I love going there, so it seems weird that this one random girl is so negative...perhaps she works for the competition and has another motive???...

I have been a valued client of Tan USA CLermont since they opened. I have had nothing but great experiences each and every time i tan. They know me by name before i even walk thru the door,they have my favorite bed waiting for me. That means ALOT!!! If i have ever had an issue they resolved it quickly and let us know when the bulbs are being changed so i won't get burnt. I love Tan USA and the staff is wonderful....

I love Tan Usa clermont because:

1) Im busy- after you have been a few times staff remember your name and therefore log you in as you walk in the door ask you how long you would like and you are all set.

2) The staff- the staff are great if you need help Alex is who you should ask for and Erin and Kaitlyn are helpfull and really know there stuff customers come first!!! The owner if he is there (a busy man) can help you with anything even payment plans and lotion recomendations and great deals.

3) The beds- Great, there are always hot as the bulbs are always new and all different beds power to choose from even a great spray tan (Cabana Mist)

4) The Lotions- Fantastic prices and a great selection Desinger Skin, OC etc.

5) Clean- Mopped nightly, beds given thorough after every use and the place always smell nice a has a clean fresh look which doesn't lie.

I would recommend TAN USA Clermont to anybody!!!!

I'm a seasonal tanner and when I first started tanning at Tan USA about 3 years ago the beds were always hot and the staff was always friendly. Unfortunately I assumed that it was the same when I came back this year to buy another month package to begin tanning again. So far this year I have yet to get in a bed that is hot or that has evenly tanned me, including their stand-up. While I have nothing against teenagers, and I understand that not all teens are rude and lazy (I work with a few that are not) this crew that works at Tan USA have got to be the worst. They know nothing of the products that they are selling, though this could be from lack of training. However, they do need to know that the customer comes first. Countless times I have gone in to tan and have had to wait for them to either finish their cell phone conversation or finish up their conversation with their friend that is sitting in the lobby to keep them company while they're working.

$70 a month is way to much money for...
