i just had a cheesey beefy melt for lunch and it was really good.
because they are loaded with fat and salt they are not everyday fare, but are great as a treat.
they are not that much money and they are really filling....

I am long time taco bell fan and always look forward to their new offerings. In this instance, the hype was just that---hype. The cheesy beefy melt is very bland and the cheesy is a misnomer because of the paucity of cheese. I even gave it a second chance in case the preparer forgot something or did not put on the required amount of cheese. However, the second was just like the first so I will not be ordering this product again......

Taco Bell's Cheesy Beefy Melt was definitely my most favorite item from Taco Bell. Well, unlike the commercials, there wasn't a string of gooey cheese trailing every bite. But it was pretty good. As long as Taco Hell isn't putting that bean paste stuff in everything, things flow more smoothly. Good value and very cheesy and just enough rice for me. It really hit the mark with me when I want something really gooey and cheesy. However they have stopped selling them in my area so I'll attempt to find a replacement for now. So long sweet friend may we meet again....

Taco Bell's Cheesy Beefy melt is the ultimate burrito for cheese lovers. It's delicious, I don't know anyone who has tried it and doesn't like it. The only downfall is I always seem to bite into something hard in the beef which grosses me out. But if you're lucky enough to grab one without that (which I have yet to eat) then they're great!!...

When I saw the commercial for this product I thought it looked great because of the way they had the cheese just running out of the burrito. The next time I went to Taco Bell that is what I tried. They should call it the rice melt. That is all it is. There is hardly no cheese in it at all. I was very dissapointed in this product and have not bought it since. I told my friends about this product because it is not at all what it says it is.

We have a Burger King, McDonalds, Wendy's, Pizza Hut and a Taco Bell all within a 5 minute drive from my home.

Taco Bell is my families first choice (Dad 43 Mom 42 Son 17 Daughter 10 Daughter 5). We enjoy trying the new "offerings", while still having our favorite oldies. (Nachos Grande, Crunchy or Soft Taco SUPREME, Gorditas and Sugar/Cinnamon Twists).

We were all disappointed with the lack of flavor in the Beefy Melt...so much so that my husband actually took his to the counter to show the clerk and inquire whether an ingredient or two were missed.

Oh well...they can't all be winners! That's okay...we still love Taco Bell the best!

I really like Taco Bell. The fourth meal is a genius idea, especially considering that I am a first year grad student. Late night studying often needs a late night meal. Taco Bell is just that. It's very satisfying for somebody on a budget.

The commercial definitely made it look better than it was, but it was still very good. I was taken by surprise by all of the rice. In the commercial, you can't really see all of the rice. I loved the taste, but wish I could get it with more beef and cheese and less rice. That's how I thought it was going to be. Once I got over the disappointment in it not being what I thought it was, I was very pleased. It tasted very good and satisfied my hunger. Overall, I would give it two thumbs up.

I have a confession to make: I love Taco Bell. It's my guilty pleasure. It was the fast food of choice when I was in high school and when I get together with my BFF from high school we always seem to find ourselves making a 2am run for the border before the night is over. Sometimes my dear husband even makes the run for us (probably to get away from the giggles and goofiness) and joins us in our late night feast.

After seeing commercials for the Cheesy Beefy Melt a few weeks ago we tried it on our latest run and really liked it. It's very cheesy but not so cheesy that when you bite it the cheese creates long strings like in the commercial. It's the perfect combination of seasoned beef, seasoned rice, sour cream, and tons of cheese all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla. The cheese is really melty and yummy. The commercial features the song I Melt With You so as a product of the 80s that song sucks me right in as well.

The Cheesy Beefy Melt (not crazy about the name) is...
