I dye my hair a darker shade of red in the fall & winter, and I also swim 3 mornings per week. Chlorine is really bad on your hair regardless, but if you're putting dye chemicals in it, too, it can really damage your hair. I used to use a really expensive Aveda product to help hold my dye and keep my hair healthy despite my swimming, but then I found TRESemme ColorThrive. I love it! Even though my stylist said that the chlorine would cause my color to fade within a month (and red dyes fade the fastest), my color held for over three months. This is an inexpensive solution to keeping your hair healthy and radiant despite chemically treating it. The conditioner is great too. It doesn't smell fantastic, but it's not an unpleasant smell. Definitely try it.
...

ankheera says "Extend the wear of your haircolor" about TRESemme ColorThrive Shampoo

I began using TreSemme ColorThrive regularly around Christmas 2008. I have naturally red hair but it has never had the luster and glow that color treatments provided. I had died my hair around Halloween and my color was already starting to fade. Since using the TreSemme ColorThrive for Brunettes and Red Heads, I have not colored my hair again. I have rich vibrant color. My highlights really shine through. I could not be happier about the money that I have saved on hair color. I would recommend that women with any hair color try the TreSemme ColorThrive for their particular hair color the first chance that they get. You will be amazed by the results. You will be impressed with the low price. This product is so valuable in our household, I do not know why I didn't try it sooner.
...

I think that Tresemme color revitalizefor color treated hair which is used my professionals. This shampoo is is a great shampoo, like those that you buy in a beatuty salon, but not at a beauty salon price. This shampoo has vitamin E and aloe in it which helps fights against damage to your hair, from the sun and pollutionwhile restoring the moisture in your hair. It also gently cleans your hair while it protects the bightness of your hair coloring. I like this shampoo because it makes my hair feel soft and silky after i use it. I also like this shampoo due to you can purchase it at about any store: Wal-Mart, Dollar General, and Family dollar which are some of the stores that are closest to where I live. These stores are the main stores where I do my shopping. I'm a single parent working full time trying to raise my child the best that I can. So with only one income I try to shop where I can get the best deals for my money. Tresemme happens to fall into my budget, the amount of ounces...
...

TRESemee shampoo is a really cheap for the amount of shampoo in the bottle. It comes with a pump top and its not to huge that it wont fit into your shower. At first i wasn't sure if it was going to be very good shampoo, but since i first bought it i ahve been hooked. I havn't bought different shampoo in years. It makes your hair feel healthy and look healthy as well. It doesn't make your hair look dry or damaged even if you hair is. It is the best shampoo for your money and you can find it anywhere from wal mart to the grocery store. There are also many different kinds to choose from including damaged hair, volume boost etc. It really is worth your time to try these shampoo's and conditioners they really are easy on the wallet and makes your hair easy on the eyes. I really dont think there is another product that works as well, as cheap, and gives you the most amount of actual product. I am never going to change shampoo's and i think you should try it to see for yourself
...

mrssnell says "Tresemme ColorThrive does what it claims" about TRESemme ColorThrive Shampoo

I keep a bottle of both Tresemme ColorThrive and its companion conditioner on hand, and have ever since it was introduced on the market.

This is a lovely shampoo with a terrific non-sneezy fragrance that gives chemically treated hair softness and sheen many other commercial products can not genuinely lay claim too. That said, when you've got fine hair and lots of it, using Tresemme ColorThrive regularly will make your hair unmanagable, as in "too" soft.

If however, you have coarse, damaged or lots of frizzy hair, and don't have the issue of fine locks, this is absolutely the shampoo for the in home hair colorist, It keeps its promise, so your color will last a bit longer (who doesn't wish for that?), alongside the big bonus; it is very inexpensive. That huge bottle will last a good, long time even for those who shampoo every day.
...

TRESemme color Revilatize shampoo works great and has a great price. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone. It comes in many different options from dry to oily hair and also the one that I am recommending the color shampoo for colored hair. You can't beat the price it is only $3.99 for a 16 ounce bottle. My daughter has extra long hair. During the summer with the beach and the chlorine it really took a toll on her hair. While I was having her hair cut the hair dresser kept trying to sell me all of these expensive hair products. I told her that I wasn't interested that they were too expensive. I asked her if there were any shampoos that didn't cost an arm and a leg and that I could get at the grocery store without paying a fortune. She recommended TRESemme so I bought it I figured at that price what did I have to lose. I was shocked how well it worked. I figured, what the heck, I might as well try the one for colored treated hair. I have never had a shampoo work...
...

beachsunset says "Very Affordable and Helps Maintain Costly Highlights" about TRESemme ColorThrive Shampoo

After spending a rather large amount of money again to have highlights placed in my hair, I thought I should try a shampoo for specifically color treated hair. I have had my hair highlighted many times in the past, but generic shampoos seem to make the color fade. So I after examining shampoos at the store, I chose the TRESemme Color Thrive with Fade Block Technology. I have been using the shampoo for 6 weeks now and my highlights still look fabulous. It has left my hair feeling soft and silky. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone who has color treated hair. I generally buy shampoo at least once a month and I have been using the same 20oz bottle for 6 weeks now. It is very affordable and not to mention leaving your hair smelling fresh....
