I like pretty much all cheese, but cheddar is a favorite of mine. The flavor is very intense and pure.  It makes fantastic grilled cheese, cheese sauce, and a snack! Yum yum!... Any grade be it mild medium, sharp or extra sharp still ha a nice bite and a great consistency. If you are a cheddar cheese lover, Tillamook satisfies without gouging your budget.
