LarissaVass says "bad service" about T-Mobile

T-mobile has the cheapest plans, including family, roaming etc. Besides that nothing good. Cell phones expensive, no big choice of them. Customer service not good, very hard to understand their billing system. T-mobile loves to cheat you with different promotions - you'll get it only if you spend a week with them on phone and the month figuring out different details. So you'll win a buck or two. If you have family plan be ready to stay with T-mobile forever, because actually each family person has it own time-plan. Think twice (better three times) before adding the other family member to plan - they all ends at the different time, so you'll stuck with your old phone forever, or stuck with T-mobile. Any additional service making the plan more and more expencive, even they tell that this is free. Very slow getting your voice-mail - up to 2 days!

I've only had T-Mobile for a little over a year. They have never let me down though. They have the best customer service of any provider that I have been with, and I've tried the majority of the major carriers.

The Customer service reps are always happy and cheerful to help you if you have an issue. Even the simple things, like changing your account/plan are easier to do with them! You just have to give a few details to verify who you are, then tell them what you want, and they do the rest.

NICE, HELPFUL PEOPLE WORK AT T-MOBILE! If for any reason you get somebody not so nice, you can always hang up and try again.

They have some of the best plans in the business - def the cheapest, The biggest bang for your buck!!
...

I have been with t-Mobile for 7 years. I don't know why . I dont like the fact that they say the bills have been sent and i get them days after the bill was due. They do offter paperless billing which i signed up for but they still send the paper bills. I think the services they offer are good until you see the hidden charges. They shut your phone off even if your one day late even though it was their fault in the first place.

My other family members have swithed companies bc of these and more reasons

I also don't get service in alot of areas!
...

I've had various cell phone providers from California to Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, and now Texas. All the others were mediocre compared to T-Mobile. Each had its own good points but none had the customer service that T-Mobile provides. To get a free phone a contract is required but as each contract term is met you can get another free phone. I let my grandson enjoy the use of a phone on our family plan and got an astronomical bill. He is a video freak and had downloaded many games and professed to have no knowledge of a payment required for each one. I called T-Mobile customer service to see if anything could be done and they cancelled all but one. What other cell phone provider would do that? Prior to T-Mobile I had a different provider and prior to a cross-country trip I asked if I had to pay roaming charges. They assured me I didn't. After the trip when I received the bill each call had a roaming charge added to it. I called their customer service and was...
...

melissa1990 says "T-mobile not the best choice" about T-Mobile

T-mobile was probably one of the lesser choices I have made over the years. First of all, they're sales representatives will try to sell you EVERYTHING, including this horrible 2 year contract. The phones the give you for accepting this contract are probably the most glitchy, easy to break phones they make. And they don't replace them unless you buy insurance, which is really costly. Just your basic phone & plan is going to run you upwards of $70.00. And forget about saving any of your unused minutes, they keep those at the end of the month, not you. Sure, the mobile to moblie is fine and the my five works ot okay, but compareably, other companies will offer you more for a lot less. And if you decide you want to "break up" they charge you over $200.00 for a "cancellation fee". Seriously, who can afford that? T-mobile is for people who don't mind throwing money away, and are looking for that name-brand, if you can really give it the respect at least.
...

I have been with T-Mobile for 5 years and they have been great. I have recommended their service to friends and family members. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable about their products and services. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with them. As a matter of fact I intend to add my grandchildren to my plan as they get old enough for their own phones. I have a Blackberry Curve 8900 and before that I had the Blackberry Pearl and each time they have always been very patient and informative in helping me learn how to use my phone. All of the features for this phone work great due to the many plans that T-Mobile offers. I have the unlimited minutes, texting and the Data plan from blackberry. Each service collaborate and work very well together.

When I call customer service they are always kind and willing to work with me to resolve any issue that I might have quickly.

Thanks,

I have been using T-Mobile for about 5 years now and I have been both impressed and annoyed with them. They have very good long lasting phones and excellence customer service. If you ever think about ending your service with them just call in and tell them and they often will offer you a discount or a free phone. The service people are helpful and know their information. Their service plans are cheap and give you much of what you want. the problem that I run into is that they don't always have the best signal. I often find that I will not hav e a signal but my friends on other networks will. The way that I found to combate this is to flip your phone so that the bottom faces up and hold it up. For some reason this helps me to get service when no one else can.
...

tunio says "T-Mobile a worth good experience of my life in telecommunication" about T-Mobile

Here today I am writing about T-Mobile.

I have a very good and worth experience with this company. They provide best quality service ever I need. Clear voice and strong signals, prompt smsing, net browsing, etc, in simple words I cant live without T-Mobile.

I used to recommend this product all of my friends, family members and colleagues in my office. What I got response from them is encouraging because when I was recommending or talked about this product either they said they have it already or will get it sooner.

Now in my whole circle of friends, family and in office about 37 T-Mobile products and using it daily with every function of it. Above all not only me but everyone I offered this product they are very much know through media campaigns like bill boards, TV commercial, newspapers and prodcut information through sms and radio commercials.

I can say we will not have more good product than T-Mobile.

I have been using T-mobile for about a year and half now and the only good thing I can say about them is that the Customer Service people are usually really friendly. They have a decent coverage area. I don't have any problem with disconnected calls or anything like that. I don't like the fact that it uses your minutes to call your Voicemail. The Main thing that I have been struggling with since I recieved the phone is that I get charges on my bill because I have a certain type of phone and no I do not have a Blackberry. I get my bill and somehow it is double the normal cost about once every three four months for no reason. I'll have charges on the account that I can prove that I don't have and come to find out the company policy only allows you to have so much given back even if it is T-Mobiles mistake. All I really have to say is find service somewhere that they aren't just interested in your money but they also have a genuine concern for how there company is ran and how the costumers...
...

I got the Nokia 1208 Cell Phone with T-Mobile's prepaid plan. You have 2 choices for prepaid plans: Pay By The Day (self explanatory), or Pay-As-You-Go which is the plan where you buy blocks of minutes. Neither require a credit check. You cannot buy just any phone and activate it for prepaid. You need to buy certain phones and for the most part they do not have all the bells and whistles of contract phones.

When you buy your minutes, they expire three months from purchase date, however, once you hit the $100 mark of minutes bought, you qualify for the "Gold Rewards" program where your minutes don't expire for a year, and with every refill you get 15% more minutes for free.

When you buy minutes, you must buy them in denominations of $10, $25, $50, or $100. You can't purchase a certain number of minutes or in denominations other than those listed. To refill minutes, you can make a free call from the phone or go online and refill there. Online is better. It's just like making any other online...
...
