The Dash 3G is flat, compact and wide but still easy to hold. It's also light and I LOVE the skin of it. Its easy to hold and the styling is very attractive -- not flashy. Its compact design slips easily into pockets and the navigation key makes navigation quick and easy. But the QWERTY keys could stand to be a bit wider with more room between them.

Out of the box, the Dash comes with a Li-Ion battery, charger, stereo headset, carrying pouch, start guide, tips and tricks card, user guide CD, terms and conditions booklet, USB cable and audio/charging cable.

KeithGerman says "The Dash is a full featured smart phone for everyone. " about T-Mobile - Dash Cell Phone

I have had the Dash for over a year and I used to switch phones quarterly because I couldnt find what I needed; compact size, wi-fi and high volume for road noise. The dash is <$110.00, unlocked on Ebay (to be used with any SIM carrier) and meets my needs. It syncs up with Windows and has a full, easy to use keyboard. If you can use Windows you can use this phone. Wi-fi was easy to setup with my home network and you will easily see all available networks outside too. Love it!

There are a million smartphones but dont go with a small screen. I tried the I phone and actually re-sold it on Ebay because although its features are amazing, you wont use half the apps. Do you need a level on your phone or a dog whistle? No. Go with The Dash. Its light, durable, viewable and easy to use.

I've had the Moto L6, L7, KRZR, RAZR, multiple Samsungs, a million China knockoffs but I think if you're looking for an inexpensive phone - oh I almost forgot. It has a micro SD slot which is awesome for storing...
...

The T-Mobile Dash is probably the worst PDA one will ever get. The software sucks, it takes FOREVER to start, it cuts off, and don't get me started on T-Mobile. If you have problems with the phone, they will try to send you another, and when that one doesn't work, they will try to send you ANOTHER one. Dont waste your time/money.
...

I'm on my second Dash in 6 months. T-Mobile kindly replaced the first one and now I'm having the exact same problems again! My phone freezes up and the only way to shut down is to remove battery and power back up, the alarm clock goes off randomly whenever it wants (at work!), on half of my calls people cannot hear me speaking, etc., etc., etc...need I say more?...

The T-Mobile Dash is a wonderful devise. It compares nicely with other smartphones, but also has built in WiFi which is wonderful. Personally I don't want to pay the extra $30 a month for the data access plan when I have WiFi at the office and at home which means I can check my e-mail almost anytime. Then with all the hotspots across town I am able to check my e-mail and surf the web all that I want...and then some. THC (makers of the Dash) make solid products with great features. Some of the features (touch strip) take some getting used too, but the device is very customizable....

I bought this Tmobile Dash cellphone not long after it was available. I purchased mine back in March of 2007, and have had this phone since. I have had to replace it twice already. I was debatingon getting the Blackberry Pearl at the time, over this phone, but was told this one would be better for texting as the Blackberry is better if you email more than text. I do a lot of texting, so I went with this phone. I liked it a lot for the 1st few months, and after that I started noticing more of its flaws than what I actually liked about it. It runs off a 16MB memory card but once you start using more than a few programs it gets slower and starts to lock up. you're able to close out all of the programs by going to the task manager and ending them, but it doesnt always give you all of your memory back until you restart your phone. My phone tends to freeze about once per day now, which is definitely irritating.. otherwise the texting still works alright, the internet works on average unless there......

I love my DASH. I like that it can be used as a phone, a QUALITY MP3 player, and a synchable calendar. My only challenge now is whether to keep my MP3 player anymore. This has quality sound, both with the headset and with the installed speaker.

A few drawbacks have popped up, but can be worked around. The volume control bar being on the face of the phone was tricky until I figured out how to only have it usable during phone calls. The inablity to download custom ring tones can get got around with trimming up a favorite song and pushing it directly to the phone.

I could not get it to synch via bluetooth, but using the USB cable has worked like a champ.

Love it!
...

I love the T-Mobile Dash! I have had it for a few months now and it's the best phone!

This phone provides fast and easy internet access, email access, texting and blue tooth. The phone even has WI-FI if you don't pay for internet access. It's not too big, not to small, not to light or too heavy! It's just a great phone and it doesn't have that annoying ball like the blackberry curve has!!!!!

Great phone!!!
...

The T-Mobile dash has been very good to me. The only complaint I have is that it will randomly turn off, but it is a mini computer. You can do anything on this phone! I do not reccomend it to people that are not tech savy because it does take time an effort to learn all of the applications....

I love this phone. I've put it through an inordinate amount of damage--dropped it, wet it, you name it. My toddler has thrown it and the phone still works like it did the day I received it. It does not have touch screen, so I don't have to worry about the screen going out on me, and I don't have to worry about spare parts. It is very sturdy, very easy to use, and very versatile. I have hundreds of Mp3s, hundreds of photos, and I receive my aol mail on my phone every 15 minutes. It is a great phone for mothers who have little hands constantly getting into their things....

It is a smart phone but it is not too bulky but if you have big fingers you might run into a problem but you can always go to ebay and get the program upgrade and use the side toggle as a way to navigate the controls.TOO EASY!...
