lshields7 says "Great Monitor!!!" about Summer Infant Video Monitor

The summer infant Video Monitor is a great baby monitor. When my son was born I bought a regular monitor and after a year it went out. I decided to go ahead and get the video monitor because it would help me keep a much needed eye on my baby when he is sleeping. This monitor has a small screen, but you can see everything. I first bought a cheaper brand (by 10 dollars) and it didn't work great at all, I couldn't even make out where my baby was in the bed. I would highly recommend this monitor to any one who is looking to make a purchase of a baby monitor anytime in the future. The hand held receiver is great and it even clips on to your belt, but also has a stand to sit on the night stand at night. You can also click the picture off so that the light does not keep you up at night but still have the sound like a regular baby monitor. One of the best features of this unit is that the camera itself adjusts so you can see it at any angle. I think that this is a great monitor...
...

Michele135 says "Great product, great customer service" about Summer Infant Video Monitor

My husband and I previously purchased several Safety First baby video monitors but after one year, they always stopped working. We finally got tired of buying the same one so we venture out & got a Summer infant video monitor. I am so happy that we did. We've had ours for 2 years now and we love it. The only thing that has happened to this product was the power wire going into the monitor stopped working. We believe it to be our fault and not a malfunction of the product. I tried to buy the wire online at the company's webiste but was not able to. I contacted the company's customer service directly and purchased the wire for a mere $10. I received the wre within a week but unfortunately, it was the wrong one. I contacted customer service again and was told it was definitely their error and they would have the wire I ordered within a few days. I wasn't charged any other shipping fees and the shipping was upgraded so I would receive it faster. They even let me keep...
...
