I think SuddenLink has the best bundles in town. You can get internet, landline, cable for a resonable price. Basic has great channels like Travel, SyFy, A&E and so on. Give them a call, they have specials periodically. I'm happy with SuddenLink.
...

gonzalezjk says "Worst service and REALLY EXPENSIVE" about Sudden Link - Analog Expanded Basic Cable

Let me start to say that this is the worst company I have ever seen. I have been with many companies but this one, is not worth it. Do I have a choice of company? No! I can not put Dish or Direct TV so yeah, I am stuck with this company. Their customer service is bad and impolite. Their prices up the sky, not enough channels for the price you are paying. The quality of the signal sucks. The internet it is really slow. By the time you add the HD channels that by the way, they dont look like HD, you will end up paying over $200.00 If I had a choice, I just want you to know, that Sudden-link will not be my company of choice...

PS: I think this company it is really afraid of the other companies competition. Let other companies like Comcast compete against you in places like Greenville, MS.
...

We use to have Cox Cable and they sold out to Suddenlink and the reception on our Oklahoma stations are terrible! We either get shadows on the picture or there are "repeat" frames. Not sure what the problem is - but they must need to update their equipment before they lose a lot of their customers to Dish TV!...

jeanellen says "Good service but over priced!" about Sudden Link - Analog Expanded Basic Cable

I have been a subscriber to Suddenlink for may years now. While I think the service is good, I tend to think it is over priced. I am considered low income. I have a severe back probablem and can not go out and work a 9 to 5 job so this limits my income. I just wish that SuddenLink had some kind of special package for people on long term disability, elderly folks and low income families. That way we could all enjoy the benefits of a good cable cimpany!...

The cost of cable is ridiculous! I have had to return at least 4 or 5 DVR's to them because they keep freezing up! They shut my service off without even sending me a shut-off notice or calling me! Suddenstink!...

NikiTaylor says "Sudden Link, May the Analog Have Your Attention?" about Sudden Link - Analog Expanded Basic Cable

We had Cox Cable TV for over twenty years, and then they became Sudden Link Cable TV. It is analog expanded basic cable and has around sixty channels. This costs enough so digital cable is a little too pricey. It is good in that we can provide cable to TV's in different rooms, and outages are very rare. However, at a relative's house in another part of the county, there is Time Warner Cable for the same price with more channels such as Hallmark and SoapNet. Time Warner is not available in our area so we have to use Suddenlink. Satellite TV would not work because we could not have it on various TV's. Going to the Sudden Link website, I notice they really promote digital cable. We analogs are like a forgotten group. Although I am satisfied with my choices, I hope Sudden Link will not forget us little people especially when we are supposed to switch to digital in 2009.
...
