      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have tried the Subway Diet and if Jarred can do it so can.&#160; Subway salad and sandwiches are healthy and light .&#160; Usually I either get a salad or a sandwich, because eating two items with the same thing is unreal to me.&#160; Might as well get a salad that has meat and croutons or bread.&#160; Excerise is important, because that is what Jarred did, but how about people unable to walk will they get the same results?&#160; Subway has become very creative with having different food on the menu.&#160; Especially the Pizza dish, which children love, even though it's healthy.&#160;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;subway is a great way to lose pounds and keep them off.. of course you also need an active lifestyle.. a subway diet is great and makes the wieght stay off. subway has many different choices to pick from, which makes it eazy to be on a subway diet.. everyday try a new sandwhich and you will see the pounds come off also along with an activey ... the wieght will stay off as long you maintain an active lifestyle and do active 4 or 4 times a week for 30 minutes of running, walking, or playing your favorte sport.. the subway diet works and taste great to lose pounds and you really dont notice is a diet becuase its so great tasteing.. subway makes it very eazy to be on a diet everyday.. so diet make it hard for a person to stay on it because it gets very dull and boring.. subway diet taste great and you always have many different choices to pick from everyday which makes it fun and eazy to stay on the diet&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Subway Diet. Amazing. There's not much else to say! Whoever is out there looking for a diet that won't require much cooking, and will deffinitely get you into the best shape of your life(even post-baby like me), try this! All you do is eat subway fresh fit items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have so much variety that I don't think I had the same thing more than twice during my 3 month dieting period. Of course, the stuff was so good I wanted to sometimes, so I did :).&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;My favorite three items:&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Turkey 6incher&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Chicken parmesean 6incher&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;Their salads are soooo good!&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;&#160;&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;The food, aside from being in a low calorie range, tastes absolutely great, which is my favorite part. I used to be on weight watchers and south beach, but they tasted terrible! If you've tried those diets and feel like all diet food is the same, then think again!(and go to subway :D)&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think I've said enough for you to all want to try subway, they are all over the place and it shouldn't be too hard to...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

Oh, wait... we forgot to get out the magnifying glass again. Did we mention Jared trekked 3 miles to and from Subway every day to buy his sandwiches? Did we mention when he got there, he bought veggie sandwiches on wheat bread with no sauce, because that would be added calories? Did we forget to mention that this &quot;diet&quot; is just the common sense reality that to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you ingest, and that there are far tastier ways to do this than the &quot;Subway diet&quot;. I am not a fan, at all. The Subway diet is another fad diet that leaves out important, heck, VITAL, nutrients like... oh, say.. PROTEIN. Yes, you'll lose weight. That's what happens when your body starts cannabalizing itself. It basically eats its own muscle tissue. NOT the way to go. After reading the fine print, I have to say this is so ridiculous I would only hope no one is actually going...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

So I tried it. I ate a sandwich and a salad for lunch and dinner every night and started working out! I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. One good thing about this diet is that you have a lot to choose from and they have healthy sides like yogurt and raisins plus baked chips. I recommend this diet to everyone! I used to eat the veggie sub all the time and added meatball sauce to it to add a little extra flavor. I would eat the chicken sandwich with a smear of mayo and all the veggies too! just make sure that you get water or another healthy beverage to drink. That is a lot of peoples downfall is that they drink so many things with a lot of sugar in them. I would rollarblade or do taebo tapes . Also they take the hard work out of it by telling you all the calories that you are eating. So try it! :)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

The great thing about that with the special that they now have for $5.00 footlongs it would make into 2 meals. So I would eat one half for lunch and the other for dinner. So for that price and half the fat grams that you would get out of a Big Mac and just FYI Mig Macs have 23 grams of fat, I would gladly eat a subway over fried food. I used to think it was just a myth with the guy on the commericals that lost all of the weight. But I have tried many other diets and starving myself. So one day I say ok if he can do it than I can too. Now along with eating the subs I did start to exercise more and that took off even more weight. My strong suggestions for subways are the grilled chicken sandwich with the sweet onion sauce on the side and the turkey with light mayo.&lt;/p&gt;... </description>

But to eat subs every day and call it a diet to me is great, I could never be on a diet and eat like a baby bird, I have to have real food , and Subway gives me real food.       <description>&lt;p&gt;ok, I know there's a lot of skeptricism out there about the authenticity of this diet, and i must admit that this isnt really a diet, it's more getting people to limit what they eat. One reason this works for most folks is they can watch their sandwich being made and they can choose the ingredients that go on the sandwich, as opposed to a regular fast food place that supports the point and pray technique to ordering food. every day I go into a subway, and every day the meats cheeses and veggies look fresh and delicious. and if you want to really go healthy instead of getting just a regular sub sandwich, you could order a FLATBREAD VEGGIE SANDWICH! no joke this is the healthiest sounding sandwich i've ever heard of. of course this isnt my kind of food but for anyone out there looking for a quick healthy snack, or even a meal, go to subway. hands down the best restaurant out there, for a foot long its $5, its quick, theres probably one down the street, and it's delicious. thumbs way up for...&lt;/p&gt;... </description>
