I used to use Matrix Smoothing Shampoo, but since that is way out my budget these days I tried Suave Smoothing line and love it.

I TRIED THIS SHAMPOO AND IS REALLY AMAZING HOW IT LEFT MY HAIR AFTER THE FIRST USE AND I COULDN'T BELEIVE WHAT I WAS SEEING AND FEELING!! I DIDNT HAVE KNOTS ON MY HAIR AND WASNT TANGLED ANYMORE!! I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS SHAMPOO, MY HAIR IS SO REBEL!! I SWITCHED BETWEEN BRANDS LOOKING FOR THE RIGTH SHAMPOO FOR ME AND FINALLY I THINK THAT I FOIND THE RIGTH ONE FOR ME AND MY HAIR.

Suave's new sleek shampoo...my daughter just loves this! It makes her hair straighter to where she doesn't need to use her straightener as much. Her hair is much more managable and less frizzy. She uses it probably about 3-5 times a week and it works great!

I have recently started using Suave Professional Sleek Shampoo that is compared to Matrix for it's ability to smooth dry or frizzy hair. I have found this to be true. I have long hair and have tried more expensive brands but Suave is doing a great job for me. This product not only smooths my hair but also adds great shine and manageability. It also lathers very well which is important to me. Many brands of shampoos I have tried do not lather well, but not the case with Suave Sleek. If your looking for a shampoo that will smooth out your hair you have to try this one. Look for it in the orange bottle in your local store.

I love my hair when I use the Suave Sleek shampoo and conditioner together. My hair is very wavy, almost curly, and sometimes has some frizz. If I just use the shampoo and conditioner it tames my hair. I let it air dry, and my hair is still slightly wavy, but soft and no frizz. If I want it to be straight, I just use a straight iron. I don't even have to use any styling product.

I am a sucker for hair smoothers and a good deal, so when I saw the suave smooth line on sale at my local grocery store, I couldn't refuse to buy it.

Although it is nothing compared to high end products, I have to say that is one of the best mass merchandised hair products out there.

The smoothing creme is great at detangling my tangle prone hair as well as fights the humditiy/frizz all day.

Overall, my hair is easy to manage - using this line gaurantees a couple of shampoo free days that may be nescessary with my current lifestyle. Also, Suave is animal-cruelty free - which I think is reason enough to purchase.

I purchase Matrix products all the time from the professional beauty salons because of how its shampoo and conditioneers manage not only my hair but my entire family's hair. With a family of now seven because of the new twin boys, every cent counts, so when I saw that Suave had a new product out that claimed to compete with the Matrix product I fiugured it was worth the price to try it. I should have just tried one product (ex. shampoo or conditioner). I was not only very disappointed. Even though the money I spent for all of the products was equal to one Matrix product, I would have been better off getting one Matrix shampoo or conditioner. Suave did not manage my hair like Matrix, and now I am out 10 + dollars. We will be using it on the dog and sticking with Matrix. Nice try Suave, but stick with what you know....

Im not a big fan of this new product I keep giving suave a new try once it puts out its new products mainly because its so much cheaper han my favorite brand but once again I was dissappointed because not only was the product not cheap but it didnt make my hair any softer or better to manage...I guess the old saying goes you get what you pay for...

This is a really basic shampoo (doesn't smell great, doesn't have a lovely package) that really, really works. My hair is super smooth and shiny, but not weighed down. I have fine, wavy hair that often has flyaways - but not with Sleek.

I recommend this all the time. I'm a bit of a product snob - I buy the highest quality I can afford. I think my two favorite shampoos (Suave and Pureology) are at opposite price ranges, but I'd say they work equally well - you're really just paying more for the experience of Pureology. Suave is a fantastic workhorse.

I use this shampoo with the Sleek Conditioner. It works wonderfully. Great price, particularly for the quality of the more expensive brands. I have very thin hair that is prone to frizzing and this shampoo is the best that I have found. Leaves my hair soft and smooth. Definitely give it a try....

I love this stuff. I have very fine curly hair. This is one of the very few products that will not make my hair fizz up and knot up like crazy.

My daughter uses it too (she's 10). Since using it, I have not had any problems getting her to regularly brush her long hair. She still gets the occasional knot, but they come out easily since the hair is so smooth.

I got this bottle of shampoo for only $1.99 AND it came with a free sample of Suave's anti-frizz cream as a bonus.

I cannot believe the results I got from this shampoo. I used it along with Suave's Sleek Conditioner and WOW!!! My hair was actually easy to manage, shiny, bouncy, healthier looking and yes, SLEEK!

This products works just as well (if not better) than ANY shampoo product I've tried at ANY price. I know many of you are skeptical to try a "cheap" shampoo such as this, but you will be shocked at the great results. You'll be able to buy the shampoo, conditioner and styling product for about the same price you'd pay for only one bottle of shampoo at your local salon. Sweeeeeeeeet!
