I love these. I have found them convienent to eat while dieting. Just enough food to fill me up and I have lost pounds, with exercising, of course. Love them they taste great and there are alot to choose from.

I love Stouffers Lean Cuisine, and this meal is one of my favorites. It has the right portion for me and the taste is great, and the price too. If you're not a big eater and watching what you're eating, then Stouffers is for you, especially the Chicken Enchilada Suiza, a great meal!...

The Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9oz tasted okay, but it seemed kind of soggy. I had it in the oven for the required time and then some because of this sogginess issue. I try to always check expiration dates, and in this case, this dinner was well within the date. Sometimes I wonder if the frozen food sections in stores are cold enough for all of the items in them? I wonder if this is a cause for some frozen food items to taste not exactly right? Or, be too soggy?

I honestly do not think I will purchase another one of these dinners. It wasn't that good for the amount of money I paid for it, Sorry! : (

The Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9ozis actually a great meal...has some good taste to it..although i belive it could be better..it still is an ok meal to have. Some belive that this is not a very good type of frozen food, while others say it is good. For the price you get not only a great taste but you get a good quality...the price you pay...is good the the amount of food you get. and the whole family can enjoy it....

I have always liked stouffer's cuisines. There Lean cuisine chickne enchilada suiza isn't bad for a quick and easy lean meal. I try not to eat to much frozen food. But Lean Cuisines are nice at the job if you don't have a lot of time.

I had to look twice at the microwave directions for the preparation of this product -- instead of heating on top power for four or five minutes, you're supposed to use 50% power for eight minutes! So it was that I got to enjoy something I don't experience often -- the spicy aroma of something delicious baking in my kitchen. Before another minute had passed while I gave it a chance to cool down a little, I was hunkered down and eagerly waiting for my first bite. It may be that all of this made Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza taste even better than it really did, which is just about as good as something could taste under any circumstances. The dish is very reminiscent of the great offerings from Amy's Kitchen but I must confess that (reprobate that I am) I enjoy the added touch of a meat filling and sour cream sauce for the enchilada. The accompanying side dish of Mexican rice came up to my standards also.

Eating light isn't easy. Mexican food, in particular, is just no fun when it is made without the good stuff that makes it so tasty. However, Stouffer's Lean Cuisine Chicken Enchilada Suiza Frozen Food 9oz helps ease the pain of not eating high fat and high calorie Tex-Mex.

The Product

This is a frozen meal. It contains 270 calories and only 4.5 grams of fat. That makes it sooooooo appetizing it itself. Another good thing is that this has no preservatives in it. For reference, this dinner has 10 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, 47 grams of carbs, and the dreaded 510 grams of sodium (21% of an adult's RDA). I need salt to keep my blood pressure up so I am fine with the sodium level.

There is a nice sized enchilada with chicken and spicy rice. The enchilada has a sour cream sauce on it which is tasty. The rice is a touch spicy but it's supposed to be.

My Experience

I love this dinner. It's filling and different. I can't pick up the enchilada and eat it with my hands, so I cut it up and enjoy...
