I have had my home insured with State Farm for 20 years. Never have I had a claim until now. We have had problems with our roof and although the roof may not be covered. The inside damage will be covered. State Farm is stepping up and taking care of all repairs.

What is making the repairs so easy is that we hired an adjuster to represent us to the insurance company. This has taken so much stress off our shoulders. They take their payment out of the money gotten from the insurance company. They have brought in a company who comes in and drys out the damage and then does the repairs and although this is not a pleasant process they do every thing possible to make it as comfortable as possible. They make sure that all repairs are done, not just the cosmetic repairs.

I know if we had not hired this company the repairs would have just been cosmetic and we would have had to do so much more to get the work done. This is a load off our shoulder

I've been with State Farm for about 5 years now. They have always been helpful when it came time to make changes to my policy, like moving from state to state, buying/selling a house, changes to my car insurance, and renter's insurance. They even found ways to help lower my monthly payment for me....

State Farm Insurance company is a great company to rely on for your insurance needs. My husband and I have had State Farm Insurance for car, motorcycle, boat, renter's, jewlery, and emergency medical insurance for several years now. While you may hope that you never have to use your insurance, unfortunately unforseen things happen. And when they do you want to have a company like State Farm behind you. Over the years we have had cars break down and get towed, which State Farm always paid for. We have had a couple of car accidents, which they took care of. We have visited the emergency room, which they paid for. I have even lost my engagement ring an State Farm paid for a new one. Every claim that we have made has never raised our insurance rates. We have always been very pleased with how hassle free every claim has been and how much money they have paid out for us. There may be many insurance companies out there with cheaper rates, but you get what you pay for. When...

I have been a State Farm user for years. But the minute you have an accident, your good neighbor, State Farm, is not there for you. I pay my monthly bill and that is my end of the bargain but they do not keep up their end because they don't fix your car. I've have paid my bill every month on time and I had an accident about six weeks ago and the man who caused the accident left the scene so I am having to fix my car myself...forget the fact that it wasn't my fault. And instead of being treated like a victim, my own insurance company is treating me like a criminal. This is only one of two claims, I have ever had and six weeks later my car still isn't fixed, the claims adjuster made fun of my car and the former paint job that I had, had done via State Farm and he denies I did it through them. Whatever, he's never met me but if he thinks he knows don't bother explaining it, because they aren't listening anyways, so save your breath. I do however, find it extremely funny that he...

State Farm is one stable company you can count on when you need assistance. I've had them for over 35 years and thankfully, I haven't had to use them much, but when I did, they were there for me right away. No waiting for days for someone to come out and look at the situation. No hassel for getting repairs done or claims paid. They didn't raise my rates. I've never hesitated to call and question something or make changes to my policies and have always gotten a quick response and friendly service by the staff. Granite, I've not experience the horrible hurricanes of the south, or the tornadoes of the Midwest, so service may be different, just from the scope of the natural disasters and views may be totally different. I can only speak from my personal experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this insurance company to anyone looking for a loyal, and stable company to handle their personal needs.

I switched to State Farm Insurance from being with my previous insurance most of my life. I almost saved $700.00 a year on my home owners insurance and because I now have auto, life, and personal article through them I get even more of a discount!! My insurance agent is very personable, she is wonderful and all the employees in her office no me and my family by voice and face no madder how long it's been since they seen or talk to me. My mother has now switched to State Farm as well and save herself several hundred a year also. They are always very helpful at giving me advice when I need to know if I can save more money or if it would be sacrificing coverage. They give me all my options and the price differences between them so I can make the best decision for me. I've never had a problem with my bill and they notify me if there are any changes before they happen!! I will always be a State Farm Customer.

I am very happy with my current auto insurance, same insurance plan for as long as I was driving 15 years. Back in February, I got into my very first car accident. The other driver made a left while I was going straight. First I made sure everyone was okay. After exchanging insurance information, the driver had State Farm. I made a call to the police to file a report. (I have learned it's always good to place a report with the police) Once I got home I called my insurance company gave them a statement. I kept calling my insurance company to see what was going on. I knew that the other driver was at fault but still had to wait for both insurances to hear both sides. I called State Farm insurance gave them my statement a few days later, I get a call letting me know the other driver was found at fault. They made sure my car got fixed, called me several times to make sure I was satisifie. Now I am looking in changing my current auto insurance to State Farm.

I have tried comparing Insurance companies in the past, and State Farm has consistanly offered our family the lowest rates for the coverage that we desire for automobile insurance. Our relationship with State Farm has endured through four new teenage drivers. You are rewarded with accident forgiveness and we had no rate increase when a teenage driver was involved ina a accident because of our safe driving record. We also were given discounts when our children earned good grades in school and further discounts when they completed a safe driving program through State Farm. While low rates are important, My personal favorite feature is that fact that State Farm agents can be found in both small and large towns across the United States. I know first hand that you can walk into any office and they can access your account, and get the personal service you are looking for, right at that moment. Every State Farm agent is your State Farm agent.

Any claim I've had, was told by the person doing the estimate or work that State Farm is the best. I've never had any problem with them whatsoever and every now and then I call for new quotes with other companies, mine is ALWAYS cheaper....
