Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins are the perfect treat to go alongside your morning latte or mocha. I like the portion size of these muffins because they are a little pricey but have at least two servings, so they are great for splitting. The flavors of these muffins remind me of fall with the spice of cinnamon and allspice, it is like a piece of pumpkin pie in each bite. The creamy filling is very smooth and custardy and is a great sweet surprise in the middle. It has a nice flaky top on the muffin and tastes great. This is a great pairing with your coffee....

Everyone should try this muffin. I am sure it is not a good thing to eat if you are on a diet, but everyone deserves a treat every once in a while. This fabulous muffin is very tasty and even typing about it makes me hungry!...

These muffins are so amazing. The best part are those sweetly seasoned pumpkin seeds on top. I loved these muffins so much, I set out in search of a recipe I could make at home and found one that comes pretty close. This is one thing that makes me took forward to fall. So yummy. Like pumpkin pie only better!!...

Love the taste although a bit pricey for a muffin. Love the taste although a bit pricey for a muffin. It would have been better if Starbucks can offer cheaper alternatives to their food. Nutrition wise, not certain if this is good to eat for everyday breakfast.

I like the pumpkin muffins only during the holidays, like around Thanksgiving.

I know it's not good for you, but I like them only occasionally and usually share with my husband as to not to eat all of the cals. It's moist and delish.

I wouldn't recomend eating them all the time, but only once in a while.

I love love love Pumpkin everything, this pumpkin muffin is beyond yummy BUT I am not a big fan of the cream cheese center it puts the muffin a little bit over the top. However this is a great seasonal favorite for any pumpkin fan. Its a great match with the Starbucks Pumpkin Latte....

Starbucks is now using a new preservative which allows Starbucks retail outlets to now keep the pumpkin cream cheese muffins for 2 days (if they are not sold). Hmmm. When was the last time you were hunger for 2-day old pseudo cream cheese. This muffin for breakfast will fill your processed sugars and grains quota for the rest of the day. Sorry, that means no dessert this holiday....

The Verdict: So delicious and sweet.... but you really don't want to know what's in them.

About Starbucks pumpkin muffin: The Pumpkin cream cheese muffin is quite large. It is kind of orangey in color like pumpkin pie and kind tastes like a combination of pumpkin pie and carrot cake. I guess because the spices are similar. The top is sprinkled with toasted pumpkin seeds (not in the shell obviously). The inner core of the muffin is hollowed out and filled with sweet yummy cream cheese that tastes like buttercream and comes right out of the top of the muffin.

So from that description you can imagine how unhealthy and fattening this baby is. Yep, it's pretty bad. So bad that I won't even tell you what's in them. Just enjoy in moderation and you'll be OK because if you think about the fat and calories you won't enjoy it and will have wasted two bucks. Or you can share one with a friend as they are quite large.

I used to think that the pumpkin cream cheese muffin went perfectly...
