Starbucks Java Chip as a coffee or frappuccino this is delightful. There is just something about having those bits of chocolate in the beverage. This beverage has been perfect every time it was served.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee cafe.

I never thought I would have a Starbucks addiction but this just might be it. I am not much of a coffee person, unless there is some chocolate and sugar of some sort in it. One thing about this drink is that it melds chocolate and coffee together, but you need to make sure that it is made correctly. For the tall and grande, there is only supposed to be one pump of the syrup. Some baristas get a little happy with the syrup and end up making it too chocolatey (yes that is possible). When you have it made, I would ask how much syrup they are putting in. The chips are great and add a unique flavor which I have not found in competitor's drinks. Some places make it with syrup on top or "drizzle". I always order it without drizzle because I do not like the taste of the syrup on it's own. Even though it's a bit pricey, I drink at least a few of these a week. Try it the next time you are at Starbucks and you just might get hooked!

This Java Chip Frappacino is so great and filling! I actually hardly need to eat anything when I get one of these to drink! There is just enough coffee and chocolate flavor, not overwhelming at all! Also, since the peppermint version is no longer available, ask them to add a shot of mint to this and it tastes just the same for $.30 more. The price is a bit much, but if all I am doing is drinking it for lunch anyway, it's actually cheaper than buying food! I do like the big chunks of chocolate that is usually in the drink. I have only been to one place where they blended it so much that the chocolate was very, very like a chocolate shake. There was no chunkiness to it at all. I personally like the big chunks of the chocolate. Then, when you add the whipped cream and the chocolate drizzle on the top...you have a wonderfully, tasteful, decatent drink! If the price would go down $1 per drink, I would buy them more than once a month or so as my treat to myself!

I can't say one bad thing about any drink at Strarbucks, but the java chip is truly my favorite. There is something about it that I can't resist. It has the chocolate chips blended in so every sip you get a little crunch. I definetely recommend putting whip cream on top. Once the drink is gone, you have a little extra to finish it off!

Starbuck's Java Chip is the single most incredible cup of anything. It blows my mind. It is a religious experience. If Starbucks would let me, I would erect a shrine right in their stores to Java Chip. I think i've seen saints faces smiling back at me from the coffee cup. I truly recommend it. I think drinking it will ensure you go to heaven after you die.

I love my coffee. I prefer it iced even in the winter. But come summer, this is a perfect beat the heat treat. The icy coolness blended with the coffee plus the extra treat of the chips thrown in is one powerful combination. The best of both worlds for me with my chocolate and coffee combined together. Maybe I'll get one today........

Love the coffee! It's a great wake me up coffee, however, it's on the sweet side. It's not really chocolaty which is a good thing. It's just the right amount of flavor for a frappuccino!...

I love this drink. I make it a point to not really buy Starbucks because I think they're expensive, and I prefer to go to local, low-profile coffee joints. I, however, will buy one of these every so often. I think it's so delicious. I don't even care that there are a trillion calories in it; the actual chocolate chips (java chips?) make it ten times better, and there's something about the whipped cream at Starbucks....

I love the Starbucks Java Chip. The first time I bought one was about 3 years ago and I instantly fell in love with them. I always get the Venti size. They are a blend of chocolate, milk, coffee, little chocolate chips and ice. They blend it all up in a blender. Then they pour it into a cup and top it off with whip cream, if you want. I always ask to get mine "Double blended" to be sure there aren't any ice chips left in it that will get stuck in the straw. If it is a hot day and you are thirsty, go get one!!

I never thought I would love coffee, but Starbucks changed all of that. From the first moment I tried the cool frappachinos, I was hooked. The Java Chip is by far the best because it is a creamy mixture of chocolate and still a hint of coffee. The baristas will mix a bunch of chocolate chips with the regular coffee frappachino and what you get is heaven. It is like slurping a mud pie through a straw! The chocolatey goodness will give you a delicious wake up call and can be topped with whipped cream on request. I get a Grande size and is the perfect amount of coffee to start my day. The chocolate doesn't overpower the coffee taste and it is so good. If you love chocolate they will give you some shots of chocolate syrup before blending or drizzle the syrup on top for some more decadence. Beware this is not calorie friendly, but it is truly worth the indulgence because it is like dessert for breakfast, or a great energy boost in the afternoon. It is a cool and creamy treat......

Enjoy this delicious java-chocolate drink over and over again

just the rigth amount of chocolate not too sweet

still taste the coffee

always refreshing-frappucino-drink mix

the ice is smooth..and not too cold

a bit pricey

but for any special day you want to "celebrate"

or need a boost

the right drink !
