If your interested in the ink rewards program...all I have to say is you better check your receipt before you leave the store beacuse I have now on two different occasion been cheated on my rewards for turning in my old ink. And they have horrible customer service. I will never shop there ever again, Im going to best buy from now on.

I was looking for a way to get business cards right away. I went to the Staples in Davie, Florida.

The store is very nice, I was helped by a wonderful, patient customer associate who worked with me to get the design / look I want for the card. He printed the cards but the cutter wasn't working. The extremely nice manager apologized and said he would go to another store and have them cut but I offered to go since I wanted them ASAP. Once again he apologized and gave me a $10 coupon for the inconvenience.

A real pleasure that could have easily been a real drag. Thanks Staples!

I do not know what I would do without Staples. I love the exceptional services that I have received. You will find me at Staples every week. It is one of my favorite stores to shop or to browse. Everyone has his or her niche, Staples is mine. I am always buying ink, copy paper, folders or folder inserts for school. I love the quality of the Dell inks. The paper that I use, gives me quality and clear copies.

This is actually a review of two Staples stores - one positive experience (Missoula, MT) and one negative experience (Brattleboro, VT.)

I needed to copy and put together some workbooks for a workshop. The gent who worked with me at the Missoula location was excellent - more than helpful, personable, and made the time spent enjoyable.

My very happy experience lead me to go back to Staples - in Brattleboro, VT. The store wasn't as clean and the young woman at the copy desk gave me the monotone, "I could care less about this job" voice I have heard from high schoolers. Then, when I tried to use their papercutters, they were so dull, I could have trimmed my papers with fingernail scissors more successfully.

We purchased an HP Compaq Presario computer from Staples in December before Christmas. About mid January it started making a loud buzzing noise and kept shutting down in the middle of us working on it. After spending almost 2 hours on the phone with first the Staples warranty company, then with HP, nothing was resolved. After a week we called our local Staples store while having HP on another phone, and our Staples store told us to bring in our computer and it would be fixed within 48 hours. After hearing nothing for several days (we took it in on Sunday and I called back on Wednesday) I called and after being on hold for over 15 minutes was told the technician had left for the day. So I called back the next day, Thursday, and the tech told me he would have to call me back. So an hour or so later he called to let me know he thought it was the power supply and he would order it, so it would be a few days. After several days he called and said after doing a restore and installing...

Our closest office supply store is Staples. We have just had the best experiences there. They are friendly, have a great selection and reasonable prices.

They offer extended warranties that are a superb value. We have used the warranties several times and they are awesome.

The store is always clean, well lit and the staff is extremely helpful.

They have a rewards program that is very nice, we have gotten some great deals from that.

We have found their printer ink prices to be even cheaper than the membership stores and they have a rebate program for returned empty cartridges.

Overall it's just a good store we never hesitate to recommend.
