So far it is fantastic. It is very easy to operate. I'm still very new at operating it and have not yet downloaded it onto my computer. The zoom is easy and very clear. It is small and compact in every aspect My favorite is the Carl Zeiss lens, the best ever. The sound comes through crisp. I love the compact size. I was use to looking through a viewfinder, with the option of using a screen. This only has the screen, so I'm having to get use to not having a eye viewer. You cannot keep a tripod adaptor on the camera, because it covers the battery release button. You have to take the adaptor off to get the battery off if you need to change batteries. That is a drawback in that it is a hassle to have to attach it before you can use the tripod, whereas I could keep the adaptor on my old camcorder and in an instant put it on a tripod if I needed to use a tripod. </p>...
