the Sony - DSC-W120 Digital Camera is really great and i got it at target for about a hundred bucks!! it is definately worth the money but i just can't get past the fact that there is no digital zoom. when you take a picture you can zoom in optically (just to the point where the image is about as close as it is in real life) but you can't zoom in digitally (where the picture is digitally magnified). other than that the camera is great. it's easy to use. takes great pictures and was really inexpensive. one really cool feature is that the camera has this special function where you can set it to only take the picture when it detects a smile. it's not really that usefull because generally its easy to get people to smile for pictures but i guess if you have kids or you know someone that has trouble smiling for the picture it can be useful. i use i t more for fun where i'll play a game with my friends where i make them smile really fast and see if the camera can detect it- it's...

This review is about my camera the sony cybershot w120. I got this camera for my birthday from my boyfriend he bought it for me. I think this cameras great it has a setting with no flash and thats the one i mostly use because my son is only a month old and he hates the flash.It also has a smile shutter which is great it takes the picture when you smile.Also it has a timer that you can set it so you can take family portraits. Also it has video to record videos of yourself, family, and friends. Also it has still image so if the person is moving the picture will come out still.

If you are technically challenged, but would like a great digital camera, this is the camera for you! The Sony DSC-W120 is very user friendly. After I charged the battery and loaded it and the memory card into the camera, within 10 minutes of following the easy to read instruction manual I was taking photos successfully! I don't use my digital camera on a daily basis, but have found it to be a great help by keeping it in my purse and taking it with me wherever I go. Not only can I preserve and share memories and special moments, but I can protect myself and others too!

My digital camera became a God send when I accidentally hit someones parked car in a parking garage. I took over a dozen different photos, with and without the parking security attendants that I called. The security took my statement since we had no way of contacting the other owner of the damaged car, and upon examining the spot the car was parked in, it was determined that the over-sized vehicle...

To start out I found this camera and its the best money Ive never spent! I had a 8.0MP Olympus that before this and I have to say this Sony blows it out of the water even though it has less megapixels. It takes crisp clean pictures. Unless you are a professional photographer you dont need anything more than this.

Shutter speed has always been my pet peeve with digital cameras. I normally miss the shot I want because it takes cameras too long to process the picture. But not this Sony. You press the button and when you look at the picture its actually what you meant to take. I really like the burst setting where it allows you to take pictures in a row with releasing the button. I used it to take pictures of the Discovery Launch on 22 Mar 09.

This camera also has a lot of options for modifying how it takes a picture. To me it has way more than all the other bottom line digital cameras.

The only part I dont like about it is that you have to remove the battery to charge it. ......

The Sony Cybershot DSC-W120 is the best you can get for the price. I paid $120 for it on sale, it takes way better quality images than the camera I spent $450 on (I know, what was I thinking). The images are crisp and sharp, even indoors. Great for low light conditions and has easy to use settings depending on what effect you are looking to get. Battery life has been great so far, menu easy to navigate. Nice color options, I have the sleek black. I love the smile shutter feature that takes a picture automatically when the object in the picture smiles, great with kids when you need to catch that moment!...
