This camera is good for taking family pictures. It is not for a professional but for vacations, holidays, family gatherings, etc. it is more than adequate. It is small enough to take with you with ease. It has good zoom properties and enough megapixels to make poster size prints.

I love my digital camera. I have used it almost every day since i recieved it as a gift for christmas. I love how the images are so clear and you can zoom in. I also love how it records videos. I would reccomend this camera to my friends and family.

problem till now.I used this to take pictures of my baby, its very easy to use even when

moving also.Sony - Cyber - shot DSC - W70 Digital camera is light weight and easy to

carry any where any how and smart looking.I can take video also with this, little time,

but Sony - Cyber - shot DSC - W70 Digital is worth ful.I love doing photography.

I can review my sweet memories with this camera any time. Clarity is very good.

Awsome Camera! My hubby bought me the pink one for my birthday. We have two girls so it is easy to grab and take pictures even when we are on the go. I carry this camera everywhere we go. I have not had any issues with it. There were a few functions that I was not sure about but I had a cousin who is a photographer show me how to. I could have read the handbook but who has time for that=)

The Sony-Cyber-shot takes GREAT pictures!!!! The settings easy to understand for someone who wishes to take great pictures without reading thru the entire manual and looking up 'tips' online!

The 7.2 mega pixel model takes very detailed wonderfully clear pictures.

Easy to add a memory card.
The rechargable battery holds a charge very well! I'd NEVER go back to a regular battery digital camera!

takes really good pictures, but the review button sticks a little bit and i think its features are limited but overall a good camera and takes amazing close up shots. would recommend this to anyone....

This is a great little camera that is easy to use and still takes great pictures. Sony has really outdone themselves this time. I would reccomend this camera to anyone that just needs a nice, small, easy-to-use camera that takes great looking, high-resolution, vibrant pictures....

I bought this Sony - Cyber-shot DSC-W70 for my daughter at Christmas 2006 for $350+. It is now down to the $250s. It is amazingly simple to use, produces quality pictures, and she takes it everywhere. I have even stolen it for quick pics when my SLR refused to accept the conditions I had for picture-taking. Her little Cyber-shot stepped up to the plate and gave me a very satisfactory photo.

Herein lies one problem. If you don't take care of a camera, you will end up having to get it fixed. Even though she has a perfectly good camera case, which can be attached to her belt, she chose to carry the camera in her well-used purse. Easy access. I have seen her drop it 3 times, and she carries it in all weather conditions, as well as to dusty barnyards and sandy beaches. Finally the lens cover froze in a partially opened state, and the camera had to be sent to Sony for cleaning and repair. It cost her $178. Add another $20 and she could have thrown her camera away and gotten an upgrade. However,...
