Previous dentists have recommended all sorts of dental products including Oral B electric toothbrushes and a WaterPik. I have always been an advocate of good oral hygiene and tried these products based on the recommendations. However, I have been somewhat disappointed with their performance and so I was very reluctant to try the Philips Sonicare Flexcare electric toothbrush when my latest dentist recommended it. Well, after several years I finally caved and bought one...

While pricy, the Philips Sonicare FlexCare Toothbrush RS930 with UV Sanitizer is an excellent product. It is unlike any toothbrush that I have every used. It cleans the teeth extremely well to the point that they feel super smooth and clean just like coming out of a cleaning at the dentist's office! I am extremely impressed with its performance and would never go back to using a regular oscillating Oral B toothbrush. For the cleanest teeth at home, get a Philips Sonicare FlexCare Toothbrush!

The Sonicare FlexCare RS930 with Sanitizer is such a great toothbrush ..It cleans your teeth real well ... It feels like you just walked out of the dentist office after a cleaning . My husband and I both switched from using a regular toothbrush and never going back .... The only thing that I dislike is the sanitizer ... I really don`t think thats worth it ... I just stick my brush in boiling water once a week to sanitize....

The Sonicare FlexCare RS930 with Sanitizer has been a very smart purchase. My boyfriend bought this product at Costco and we have both used other electric toothbrushes in the past that we were not in love with. We were first drawn to this product by the cool Sanitizer feature. I have had electric toothbrushes in the past that have gotten pretty gross over time, and I loved the idea that I knew I was not going to be just spreading bacteria all over my teeth. I think it is great that this product comes with more than one brush head too. Great for couples or families. This brush is very smart too. It has many functions to adjust to what you need and keeps time to let you know you have brushed long enough. The brush is kind to my sensitive gums, but strong enough my teeth still feel very clean. I like the travel case it came with too, which makes packing it easy. I am eager to hear what my dentist has to say at my next visit. I am sure she will be thrilled!

I have to admit...I did think twice about buying the Sonicare Flexcare. Lets face it

it was 99.00 vs 3.99 toothbrush. I do brush my teeth two times or more a day. I floss

two times a day. I was a dental assistant so I do take care of my teeth.

I got this for myself for Christmas. I lost my dental insurance and I was worried.

Well, I used it for the first time and it was GREAT. WOW. My teeth felt so smooth and

clean. They even bleed a little. That showed me all the care I was using taking care of my teeth was not enough. My gums never bleed now. I can say it was so worth every penny that I purchased them for my 3 kids and husband. yes it was an investment but

so is the braces that they are all wearing. When they went to the dentist even he noticed how great my kids teeth looked. I dont have to beg them to brush thier teeth anymore.

This toothbrush is amazing. I bought the Sonicare FlexCare RS930 model based on friends and co-workers comments and honestly it has not disappointed me. It is a bit pricy but appears to be well built, quite and easy to handle (and really it is not about price but the quality and performance of the product). I was very surprised at how clean my teeth felt after just the first use - as clean as they do when I leave my dental hygienist office after a cleaning. After brushing, my gums have a pleasant healthy tingle and in the four months I have been using it they hardly bleed at all now. Also it has a much smoother vibration and more vigorous action than my old rotating brush. Only after purchasing the Sonicare did I realize how much technology had improved. It is also easier to hold; lighter in the hand and the best part is the ease of cleaning since the FlexCare model has fewer crevices to trap the gunk. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants real quality.

I switched from the Oral B electric brush to the Sonicare and have never regretted it. It makes my teeth feel like I actually brushed them clean! Easy to use, just hold it on the teeth and wait, the brush does all the work. There has been a noteable difference now when I visit the dentist for my regular cleaning. Also I find the brush heads last a long time, much longer than the Oral B ones did. Another big plus is that the handle part can be washed on the top rack of the dishwasher. I like the travel case that came with it, making it easy to take with me whereever I go. Personally I can't think of a negative thing to say about this product.

We've been using Sonicare toothbrushes for at least five years but recently had to replace the one we had because a long storage period while we were changing residences caused the battery to die. We replaced it with Sonicare's newest line of FlexCare brushes that come with a slimmer brush stem. This machine not only does a good job of cleaning your teeth and gums, but it massages the gums and let's you effortlessly brush your teeth and gums the way dentists instruct. What I don't like about this product is that it comes with one standard brush and one compact brush. Why not include two standard brushes so that at least two people can share the machine with a standard brush without having to purchase additional accessories. One nice thing about the FlexCare is that it includes an ultraviolet sanitizer that allows you to prevent "yuck" from growing on your brushes between uses. It also comes with a compact travel charger and case so that taking the machine along on vacations and business...

The Sonicare electric toothbrush is fabulous at making you feel you're really doing a good cleaning. The head of this model is smaller, allowing you to get to the spots you might otherwise not concentrate on. I miss the buzz from the other model that tells you when you've brushed for two minutes, but the accompanying sanitizer is a plus as you feel you're getting rid of germs on the brush.

I'm into serious dental care as I have a tendency for gum problems. My periodontist recommended using this brush, but you also should floss and make sure you're getting between the teeth as food collects and can easily go unnoticed.

Sonicare products all seem cleverly designed and simple to use. They're work horses and do what's promised. I'd gotten the disposable model, which is noisy and heavy, then realized how bad it is for the environment so though it's battery operated, I'd choose to take this model on trips. There's always an outlet in a hotel bathroom.

The Sonicare Flexcare RS930 with Sanitizer is the best electric toothbrush ever. I bought the less expensive sonicare toothbrush first. I liked it so much that I decided to splurge and get the flexcare with sanitizer.It was worth every penny. I could not believe how fresh and clean it made my teeth feel. I feel like I have just had my teeth cleaned everyday. I have also noticed that my teeth look whiter since I started using this toothbrush.This toothbrush has multiple settings to choose from. I mostly use the clean setting. I especially like the fact that it has a timer. It divides your mouth into four thirty second quadrants. There is a go care setting for a fast one minute brush and a max care setting for a longer three minute brushing.If you have sensitive teeth and gums there is a setting for that as well. The sanitizer is not that important to me. I use it because it is there. It holds a charge for a long time so you don't have to charge it every day.

I received the SonicCare FlexCare electric toothbrush with sanitizer through Bzzagent.com. It was the first electric toothbrush I've ever used, and I was a little nervous about how it would work.

It has different settings that you can choose - deep clean, light, normal, etc. I use the deep clean, and it is amazing. It runs on a 45 second cleaning cycle, then changes the vibration to let you know it's time to move to another quadrant of your mouth (top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left). You've never felt your mouth feel so clean, except when you return from the dentist after a cleaning.

Another wonderful feature is the sanitizer that is built right into the charging base. Take the bristle end off the toothbrush, place it in the sanitizer (there's room for 2, so you and your spouse or significant other can use the same base) and push the activation button. It cycles through a UV sanitizing and your toothbrush is clean and bacteria free the next time you want to use...

I've had my Sonicare system for a year. I was so surprised at how clean my teeth and how fresh my mouth felt after using the Sonicare .

I bought a later model for my son-in-law and now the entire famiy is using the system.

I'va always had plaque build up between dental appointments and my dentist was surprised that I had very little buildup after using my Sonicare system.

I would recommend this system to everyone.

I am reviewing the Phillips Sonicare Toothbrush with a built in Sanitizer. I suffer from Rhumitoid arthritis and am prone to mouth sores due to the medicines I am taking. I've never been very vigilent in taking care of my mouth before but needed help in starting a better oral hygiene routine now. This Sonicare toothbrush does all the work for me! It helps me to time how long to brush my teeth with a choice of several settings, and it gives me choices that are more gentle than others. I just move the brush around my mouth in a systematic way, and I am left with smooth, shiny, beautiful teeth, and healthy gums to match. My teeth have never felt this clean before! The sanitizer is an added bonus. I no longer have to worry about the germs and bacteria lurking on the brush head. I have the assurance of a sanitized toothbrush every time I place it in my mouth, and this is very important for a person who's immune system is somewhat comprimised. Sonicare Flexcare Toohbrush Review

The Philips Sonicare Flexcare R980 electric toothbrush is one of the best gifts I have ever received! For years I used a manual toothbrush and then the less expensive battery operated toothbrushes came out so I switched over to one of those. While the battery operated toothbrush was far better than the manual, I didn't know what a really clean mouth feels like until I started using the Philips Sonicare.

The package comes with the toothbrush base, one head, the charging base, uv sanitizer and a travel pouch.

One of the features I like best about this toothbrush is the different settings, there is Clean, which is the normal, hardest brush setting, Sensitive, which makes the bristles a little less stiff and it doesn't seem to oscillate quite as much and Massage, which moves the bristles in a massaging motion to make your gums feel happy! If you haven't used a sonicare, you haven't experienced how fresh and clean your mouth can feel! The sonic waves emitted from the toothbrush do take some getting used to, since it is a powerful device, but after a few days, you are ready to go and fight plaque head on!

The FlexCare RS930 is a great model because of all the different features. There are three different speeds to choose from. This is great when figuring out what works best for you. This model also has the least amount of vibration from any sonicare brush, so it is very easy to adjust to if you are used to an OralB or another brand.

The brush is very lightweight, so you don't feel like you are holding a brick in your hand while cleaning your pearly whites.

Why does sonicare work? Besides the sonic waves that fight plaque and gingivitis, there is a two minute timer built into the brush, so when you turn it on, it will automatically turn off after two minutes - the recommended time to brush your teeth.
