I'm obsessed with having clean, white teeth and actually brush twice a day. However, I have been using a "regular" toothbrush my entire life. The last time I went to the Denist, I asked what I could to other than "the usual" to practice even better oral hygiene. He suggested I invest in a Sonicare Electric Toothbrush.

I did a little shopping around and found the Sonicare FlexCare 900 Series Electric Toothbrush. An investment it sure is!! For almost $200 it was very expensive, but well worth it. I will never use a "regular" toothbrush again. As crazy as it may sound, I actually feel a difference in the cleaning sessions.

The toothbrush has 5 different modes, each timed based on how long you want to brush your teeth. My favorite is the MaxCare 3-minute mode that combines both the "clean" and massage" functions.

At first, it took a while to get used to- the toothpaste splattered all across the mirror one time. But after a week, I was a pro and my mouth felt a whole lot cleaner,...

This toothbrush is fantastic. It gets my teeth SO MUCH cleaner than a regular toothbrush! I will never go back to a manual toothbrush!

The sonicare flexcare 900 series electric toothbrush was a gift to me a few months ago. i was little over excited to recieve it, and started using it immediately. i love the deep clean it provides, and how i have to do hardly any work even though my mouth is cleaner than with a manual brush. my favorite feature on this toothbrush is that is has several different modes, one of which is a quick mode. in the morning i'm always rushing and love that there is a mode just for that! it's about 2 minutes, and beeps every 30 seconds to switch sections of my mouth. it keeps me on track with my oral hygiene while being so easy! it's also easy to travel with. the battery lasts for many days, and the charger is extremely efficient as well. i would totally reccomend this toothbrush to anyone and will never switch back to a manual toothbrush again! my whole family is making the switch now, also, to be as satisfied with their toothbrush as i am!

This is one of the best toothbrushes I have ever owned. Not only does your mouth feel like you just got back from the dentist after using it but it also comes with a UV cleaner for your toothbrushes head. The only downside to this is that the replacement heads are a bit expensive but they are well worth it. I would highly receommend this toothbrush. Also has different settings such as sensitive, massage, etc. Great toothbrush!

I have never owned an electric toothbrush before this one. I was so thrilled with The Philips SoniCare electric toothbrush! The brushes are sanitized with UV sanitizer in a separate storage compartment. It is absolutely incredible! The toothbrush has a massage setting as well as a cleaning setting. The cleaning makes your teeth feel so good and keeps them clean. My dental hygenist has even commented on how clean my teeth were when I went for a checkup.

The flashing light on the base of the toothbrush lets you know when it needs to be charged. It is quiet and fast. The heads are easy to buy. They can be purchased at a store or even online. Cleanup is easy, too. Just wipe the inside of the UV compartment with a soft, damp cloth. The toothbrushes are stored in the compartment for easy reach and keeps them clean at all times.

I can't say enough about this toothbrush setup!

My wife and I started using the Sonicare Flexcare system approximately 1-month ago.

Compared to a traditional toothbrush my teeth feel significantly cleaner using the Flexcare.

The initial start-up mode "eases" you into using an automated toothbrush and that made the transition much easier. Additionally, I really like the built-in "timer" that gives you a audible and motion based indication when to move onto another section of your mouth.

We bought the unit directly through our dentist who was basically selling them "at-cost", so even with the purchase of an additional set of "heads", the cost was competitive with most stores.

Recently, we were on a short trip and elected not to take the Flexcare with us (despite the fact it includes a travel charger and case). After just 3 days using a traditional toothbrush, my teeth did not feel as clean. I was happy to get back home to the Flexcare.

I also like the fact the unit comes with a sanitizer. I am hoping this will help prevent some of...

This Sonicare Flexcare toothbrush is incredible. Not only does it make you feel like you have just come back from the dentist, you also have the option of sanitizing your toothbrush after each visit with ultraviolet rays. I honestly didn't think Sonicare could put out a better toothbrush than the last one, but they did!

I have been using it for a while now, but occasionally prefer to go back to the regular toothbrush which many times seems to do a better job at reaching around.

The Sonicare Flexcare Toothbrush has made a world of difference on my 6 month dental visits. My teeth are in much better condition now after the purchase of this toothbrush than before it. It was recomended to me by my dentist and a little pricey to me but in the end it was worth the money.

I know that the philips sonicare toothbrush with uv protection is a great product, but the only problem I have to say is the vibration of the toothbrush. I can hardly stand using the toothbrush because it bothers my teeth and gums so much. It has a sensitivity mode, but even that is a little harsh. I go between using a manual toothbrush because I cant stand to use the philips sonicare toothbrush to much.

I got my first Sonicare toothbrush a couple of years ago, then I got the UV sanitizer.

Now I have the Sonicare FlexCare 900 toothbrush which has all in the same base.

I have always been very happy with my Sonycare toothbrush, it works better than anything that I have ever tried even 'tho it is expensive it is worth it.

I have notice that usually when you change the heads it is not very clean inside, I just hope that all bacteria is really being taking care of by the UV sanitising compartment (the manual says that kills 99% of it)

I like that it is light and not hard on your gums, it also turns off automaticaly after a couple of minutes.

There is no comparison of the results you obtain using Sonicare and using a regular toothbrush, the clean sensation that you get with sonicare is just amazing!!!!

A great product with more pros than cons, I personally love it!

I actually won my Sonic care toothbrush in a raffle, so I had no preconceived ideas -- I wasn't familiar with it at all. But, I have to say, I love it! It works so well -- it's almost like you've been to the dentist for a cleaning. Since it has a timer you always know when you still need to brush. I like it for myself, but I think it would also be really great for kids who often don't brush long enough. Since I got it, I found out that the heads need to be replaced regularly, which can add up. However, I would buy a new toothbrush every 8-10 weeks anyway, so it's not as expensive as it first appears. I think that they quality of the cleaning you receive definietly outweighs any cost factors -- I'd rather pay for a great toothbrush than a filling at the dentist's office....

2 years ago I asked my parents for a really good electric toothbrush because I have soft teeth and can't seem to keep them clean enough. They gave me an Oral-B Vitality and spent the rest on a digital camera. So my really-good toothbrush days had not come to fruition yet. Though the Vitality is better than a manual toothbrush, it's like comparing a Hershey's truffle with a Godiva truffle. It's good, but still lightyears from the Sonicare. So this year when my DH and I received our Christmas money, I decided to use my half on a Sonicare Flexcare. I worried that I would feel ripped off, I mean, $170 for a toothbrush? Do you know how much I could get at the VS semi-annual sale with that much money?!? But I figured I would rather keep my teeth whole and in my mouth for longer than have a few more cute pairs of undies ;-)

I have not regretted my purchase once! It has a setting to ease you into using it (reduced power that raises slowly each time you use it), and it has so many settings depending...

I love using the Sonicare Electric toothbrush, it's so much more effective than any toothbrush on the market. When I have coffee in the morning, I always brush afterwards and believe it or not the stains almost disappear. It gets into places where the regular toothbrush can't reach. I even convinced my husband to use this toothbrush and he loves it! I do not have dental insurance, so I missed going to the dentist, and after 3 years I went not expecting good news, and guess what--I did not have any cavities!! The dentist asked me what kind of brush I was using and I told him I use the Sonicare Electric toothbrush, and he commented that this brush was the Best, and to keep up the good work!...

The Sonicare Flexcare 900 series toothbrush with the UV sanitizer is comparable to getting a maintenance cleaning from a hygienist. You just let it do it's purpose and you'll definitely be happy. I also use it on my 4 year old son because it has 2 heads different sizes. The UV sanitizer is awesome because it actually disinfects the toothbrush heads. I love it!...
