I like Snapfish.com....but I dont love it. You can store photos, print, personalize photo gifts and do more on this site. It tends to run a bit slow...so definitely dont join the site if you are constantly pressed for time. I do like the options to edit photos (fix brightness, flash, etc), but there are not enough options to fix photos, and the edits they allow are never quite what you want. I use Snapfish when they have a good promotion to print photos that I need. I dont store many photos on it because it is a bit of a pain to get on and try to deal with.

I've had good luck with snapfish in the past, and they are pretty reasonable. Last Christmas I bought 3 photo books for family members, and they were misprinted. I couldn't get snapfish to contact me back, and ended up giving them as gifts with the one page looking funny. Everyone loved them, and they turned out GREAT except that one page. Would have been nice to have someone contact me.

I use Snapfish all the time and print most if not all my pictures with them. I own a design company offering Photography packages and Snapfish always sends me back quality pictures for a fraction of the cost for me to print them at Wal-Mart, Walgreen's or even myself. I save a ton of money in ink and printer costs by uploading and ordering my prints from Snapfish. If I'm in a hurry I can even upload and have those same prints done at Walgreen's if I'm in a huge rush. I love being able to afford to get all my pictures printed through Snapfish. They also have a great thing going where if you refer a friend you can get 20 free prints - that is awesome! Who else offers to give you free prints? One of the computer stations I use at Walmart to get smaller quantities of pictures printed is a Kodak station because the quality of the prints is better than the other Fuji computer station, but if I have the time to send off to Snapfish for my prints I definitely use Snapfish because their prints come...

After purchasing photos from snapfish, they changed the total after accepting my credit card information. When I contacted their customer service department they were very unwilling to solve the problem. I have found that Walgreen's does better picture quality and at the same price. I will never purchase from snapfish again.

Snapfish offers some great deals and has wonderful gift ideas, but the quality is just not there. They are always willing to refund my money, but what I want is great photo prints the first time! My biggest problems have been scratch marks on the prints, and blue smudges. Customer service is a joke. I'm not even sure they are real people. They never say anything except one-liners that are probably read from a manual. Whenever I have a quality issue, they always tell me the same line: "It's a good idea to use the print preview feature to see what your photos will look like before placing an order". This irritates me because it makes me feel like the quality problems are MY fault. Like, if I had just "print previewed" my order would have been fine....WRONG. They have cheap prints, but you get what you pay for.

I love Snapfish! They are easy to use and they always e-mail me with great deals like 50 pirnts for 50 cents! Who could beat that? They produce quality photos and one time when my computer was down they gave me the deal even though it was the day after it expired.

I was so happy to have found Snapfish! I order about 50% of my photo prints from them on-line. The other % from other on-line photo print stores. (for a later review) Snapfish uploading times are pretty quick. Of course depending on your Internet connection speed. They have a lot of different fun photo creating ideas and products. You can make photo colleges, prints with fun borders, Posters, Coffee Mugs. You name it they probably have it! It's way affordable too! What I love the most is all the incredible coupon discounts they offer! Sign up and they send them to your e-mail. You also get so many free prints when you first sign up. Refer friends or family members you get even more free prints! Even if you don't refer, the prints are so cheap anyway. The quality is of their products are fabulous too. Shipping cost is low, and pretty quick. You also have the option of picking up your prints at a local store. I once lost all of my photos when my computer crashed, I am...

     With my new camera in hand, I've had great pictures and the urge to do something different. So far my "different" has been the photo processing and production services of Snapfish.com.
     In November '08, I sent a picture of my new Christmas wreath with an order for 50 4"x6" prints. I planned to use them as inexpensive holiday cards, and, with a special, the whole order cost less than six dollars. Snapfish printed them beautifully, but I was dismayed to see the company's logo stamp on the back of each photo. Next time I'll bite the bullet and order their "real", logo-less postcards.
     Otherwise pleased with my first purchase, I now ordered a calendar collage (also on special) using contemporary pictures related to my friendship with pal Lynne and her pets. I chose a black background from a palette of many colors, decided not to put a title on the calendar, then proceeded to use the maximum of 30 photos on a medium-sized poster. I was a little confused......

This site will guide you step by step to download pictures to develop or make scrapbooks, etc. Snapfish is always ready to create special items for every holiday that will include your favorite photos. If you don't have any ideas of what items to make for a gift, they are full of great ideas. Snapfish has very reasonable prices and always offering specials. You can earn free photos from referrals and a variety of special offers during the year. Their service is fast. They will retain your photos and you can invite friends to see them on their site. I have been very pleased with the work they have done for me....

Snapfish has great sales, lots of various and interesting photo items to choose from. When I wasn't fully satisfied with the quality of prints I received, a credit was given to my account and I could reorder more prints. I have ordered a lot of various collage items from them a mousepad, several collage photos and collage calendars - all came out great....

I had a terrible experience with Snapfish. I ordered a photo book to be shipped by the 15th of December. I paid for overnight shipping. When I did not get it I called customer service (outsourced to India) the rep gave me a line of bull and said that it would be here the next day. When it did not come the next day I again called the customer service number and again they said it would come the next day. Every phone call was the same. None of them would give me shipping information. They all said that they do not have access to shipping information. After many phone calls and me having to get very mad on the phone I Finally was able to get someone to give me a little bit of shipping information. I was told that It was going to come Fed-ex. I called fed-ex and they said that as of the 19th my book had not left snapfish's distribution Center in Utah. They Had my book the entire time!!!!! I eventually received my book 1 week later. Bottom Line is... if you want your materials......

They ruined my baby's first Christmas. I was so excited when I ordered photocards from them with my newborn baby's pictures. I ordered cards on 3rd December and they processed on 2nd January. Today is 6th January and I still don't have the cards. I can't use them anyway cos my baby will be so different next year. I had to buy and send ordinary Xmas cards just two days before Christmas because they couldn't even let me know when they'd be processed. They sent an e-mail on 10 Dec saying they'd process my order in a few days with plenty of time for Xmas. Estimated delivery date was 10 December and their process+delivery time was 6-10 working days. I'll never use their service again....

Although snapfish may be pricier than other photo sites, it is the best! Snapfish's site is easy to use and they many products to choose from. Their uploading is pretty fast and you can edit photos on the site. They also save your choices in your shopping cart which is great while you wait for a good coupon to come up. Coupon codes do come up often so wait for a deal!...

Snapfish killed my Christmas. It never sent my order even though it repeatedly promised to have it arrive by Christmas. I ordered Dec. 1. They have had my order nearly 1 MONTH and they lied by phone, and they lied by email, saying not to worry, they will ship for Christmas. I had no gifts to give on Christmas.

Today is Dec. 27. My family is gone. I gave them squat for Christmas because Snapfish's 3-5 day delivery is actually 3-5 weeks. They STILL can not find my damn order and send it even though they have had a full month to get it right. They don't speak English, they lie and they make up information. They told me it shipped Dec. 22. Next, they claimed it shipped Dec. 23. Look up "Snapfish sucks" in Google and see how many customers they have injured by destroying their birthdays, anniversaries and Christmases. This company needs to be stopped. They engage in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Do not ever ever order from them unless you are prepared to fly to India to pick up......
