I have to agree about being totally dissatisfied with snapfish. I recently ordered my wedding pictures from snapfish and opted for their digital 3.5x5 inch print size, as they clearly state that 4x6 inches will cut off the tops and bottoms of the pictures. When we got the first (300+) pictures they were in 4x6 inch print size and had people's heads cut off- figuring it was our mistake we re-ordered careful to click the digital print size this time. We got the photos and again, they were the incorrect size. we called customer service and the lady was very friendly and stated that she would refund our money for the first two orders and that they would ship the new pictures ASAP in the correct size, and that she'll put the order through herself. After a week of no pictures we called today and were told that our order was canceled. When we asked why they said that there was confusion regarding the order so they canceled it. I started using Snapfish without any knowledge of what was out there for photos..well, down the road I learned a lot..and yet I LOVE Snapfish..Will not change..Never ..Ever..

Went to a Birthday party Monday evening..and had the photos in my hand on Thursday..can't beat that !!! Worth the price..every penny spent..Thanks to Snapfish I have memories in a snap..

Snapfish.com is a good site they have many options as to how you print your photos. You can get photos on mugs, t-shirts, and yopu can peersonlize cards or invintations. They have reasonable prices, however i have found other sites that are a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for, And that's why I have gone with snapfish.com. Also snapfish.com sends your pictures out immediately so you get them in less than a week which is better than other companies, another company, which i will leave nameless, took over fourteen days to get my pictures to me, and over half of the pictures were blurry. This is why I go to snapfish they are trust worthy, and i am confident that when i get my photos they will have been worked on deligently. Snapfish is starting to get more and more popular and i believe everyone should start doing their to order their pictures instead of walmart or even walgreens. I recommend snapfish to any one who loves photos!

I have been using Snapfish for about 4 years. They sent me email one day for some free prints, and I have been using them ever since. Everything I have ever ordered from them has been just great! I order all my prints from them, and have also ordered many gift items from them (neckties, photo books, posters), and everything is just beautiful. One thing I especially like is that you can add borders to all your prints (you can add a different one to every photo if you want). They have them for every occasion, holiday, season, etc. I have recommended Snapfish to dozens of people.

I had been using another site, but when I found Snapfish I moved everythig to it. It is very user friendly and you can even print pictures from the site. Before I was having to use another computer so I did not have to purchase a program to print pictures that I download. The only thing negitive I have to say is that they don't give many options to edit pictures.

Snapfish is one of the greatest things I have discovered on the Internet! It is such an easy website to use to share or print pictures. They can ship your pictures right to your home or you can pick them up at select stores. Each picture to print costs 9 cents, which is 6 cents cheaper than Wal-mart or other photo places. I have found it to be the best deal and the most convenient. The pictures turn out great too! However, if you save pictures from Facebook and print them, sometimes they do not come out perfectly. If you use pictures from your camera though, they come out awesome! I've never had any major issues with this though. If you don't take photos from Facebook, you shouldn't have an issue. Snapfish provides fast shipping and many gift options such as mugs, posters, calendars, etc. I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for an easy to use and inexpensive way to print and share your pictures!

I use this site all the time. We have four grandchildren and see them every weekend, so you know being a grandmother I have to take pictures of everything they do. So far I have had a great experience with Snapfish.com. Since I do take lots of pictures I wanted to find some place to get the best value. The pictures that I have had developed through them have been very nice and to me high quality. They are very affordable which allows me to order extras to send to family members. I have recommended this site to family and friends and they too have had good experiences.

Snapfish.com is a photo web site that allows you to upload your photos, share them online, order prints and much, much more.

I have a home photo printer that I use if I "need it now" but the price of ink cartridges makes it unreasonable to print the many photographs that I take. I found that Snapfish photo services offer quality prints at the best prices but the real reason I take the time to upload my photos to Snapfish is that I have so many options for cards, gifts and invitations too.

Prints from Snapfish.com:

Prints are often as low as 8 cents each and the second set is even less. You can choose borders as well. I like the thin white border unless it is a photo that I plan to frame. Snapfish.com will mail your prints right to your house. I usually get them in two days! There is an option to send them to a local Walgreen's photo center but pick up but the quality of the Snapfish processed prints are better than the in-store. For me the price of delivery...

I recently tried Snapfish after reading about a promotion they were having. I order 50 prints for a penny each plus shipping. It was wonderful. The uploading was a snap and the ordering process was easy.

I was pleasantly surprised when the pictures showed up 2 days later! The only issue I did have was a few of the pictures had the very tops of the photo cut off but all in all for the money this was a great deal and I was able to get some digital prints made up of my daughter who was born over 8 years ago!

She will be very surprised on her birthday when I present her with a photo album of her baby shots. I also had an 8 X 10 doen of both my children and it was a bit pixilated but I was warned by a pop up on the site that it may not be the best picture to use.

All in all the pictures were done very well, delivered safely and quickly, and I am very satisfied with Snapfish dot com.

I ordered my first order of pictures about 3 days ago and i was expecting it to come in about a week and a half like it said it would be. I went to get the mail and there is was, the blue envolope with a fish on it. I was totally surprise and excited. I took them inside to take a look and they all came out well. I chosed the white thin frame just to look nice in my photo book or scrapbook, but some of the pictures were filled up that i wish i could have adjusted the frame so that it would cut off some of the head. lol. Other then that, im surprise at ho good they look because they were taken with not the best camera in the world. I do wish that snapfish had an editing feature to make the picture black and white or any other neat things you could do with pictures. I know thats what Photeshop is for but alot of other place that you can order from has them like photobucket. I like Snapfish.com....but I dont love it. You can store photos, print, personalize photo gifts and do more on this site. It tends to run a bit slow...so definitely dont join the site if you are constantly pressed for time. I do like the options to edit photos (fix brightness, flash, etc), but there are not enough options to fix photos, and the edits they allow are never quite what you want. I use Snapfish when they have a good promotion to print photos that I need. I dont store many photos on it because it is a bit of a pain to get on and try to deal with.

I've had good luck with snapfish in the past, and they are pretty reasonable. Last Christmas I bought 3 photo books for family members, and they were misprinted. I couldn't get snapfish to contact me back, and ended up giving them as gifts with the one page looking funny. Everyone loved them, and they turned out GREAT except that one page. Would have been nice to have someone contact me.

I use Snapfish all the time and print most if not all my pictures with them. I own a design company offering Photography packages and Snapfish always sends me back quality pictures for a fraction of the cost for me to print them at Wal-Mart, Walgreen's or even myself. I save a ton of money in ink and printer costs by uploading and ordering my prints from Snapfish. If I'm in a hurry I can even upload and have those same prints done at Walgreen's if I'm in a huge rush. I love being able to afford to get all my pictures printed through Snapfish. They also have a great thing going where if you refer a friend you can get 20 free prints - that is awesome! Who else offers to give you free prints? One of the computer stations I use at Walmart to get smaller quantities of pictures printed is a Kodak station because the quality of the prints is better than the other Fuji computer station, but if I have the time to send off to Snapfish for my prints I definitely use Snapfish because their prints come...

After purchasing photos from snapfish, they changed the total after accepting my credit card information. When I contacted their customer service department they were very unwilling to solve the problem. I have found that Walgreen's does better picture quality and at the same price. I will never purchase from snapfish again.

Snapfish offers some great deals and has wonderful gift ideas, but the quality is just not there. They are always willing to refund my money, but what I want is great photo prints the first time! My biggest problems have been scratch marks on the prints, and blue smudges. Customer service is a joke. I'm not even sure they are real people. They never say anything except one-liners that are probably read from a manual. Whenever I have a quality issue, they always tell me the same line: "It's a good idea to use the print preview feature to see what your photos will look like before placing an order". This irritates me because it makes me feel like the quality problems are MY fault. Like, if I had just "print previewed" my order would have been fine....WRONG. They have cheap prints, but you get what you pay for.
