I've been taking SlimQuick for a few weeks now. I'd been trying for almost eight months to lose weight through diet and exercise. I walk about 45 minutes to an hour a day and exercise at home 2-3 days a week and I watch my calorie intake, trying to maintain between 1200 and 1400 calories per day. I am 5'4" and weighed 172 lbs when I started the program. In spite of all my best efforts, I hadn't lost any weight for over six months. I felt I needed something to kick-start my weight loss. I've lost about four pounds since I started taking the pills. More importantly to me, I feel great. My energy levels have risen and I just feel better overall. I can tell that I shed some water weight the first week, I'm guessing a couple of pounds of that. Since then, a couple more pounds have disappeared. I find I am thirsty quite a bit. I pee a lot. I had a headache and a minor acne breakout the first week. I have no trouble sleeping.

I'm happy with the product.

So, this review isn't about ME personally, but rather about the amazing results I have witnessed in my friend. My friend is about 5 foot tall exactly, and after she had her first child about a year ago, he weight soared to nearly 155 lbs. Even a year after her daughter's birth, she STILL had a hard time losing the weight and keeping it off. That is when she found this amazing little product called SlimQuick. I would see Kayleigh walking by my house in the morning, and in the evenings, every day for the past 3 months. Each time I saw her, she was Smaller... and smaller... and smaller! I even gave her a nickname - the Incredible Shrinking woman. I thought to myself that Kayleigh HAD to have been murdering herself to lose all of that weight! She was looking great! This product works wonderful for me! I only take a lower dose (2 pills a day) however I have noticed the decrease in appetite and the 24 hr energy. I take one before lunch and 1 before dinner/workout. I lost 50 pounds on my own and 10 on this product in 2 weeks. YOU HAVE TO EAT RIGHT AND WORK OUT! Doesn't get any simpler than that. If you are expecting this to be the "miracle pill" you have been waiting on, then think again. You have to do your part. And it doesn't happen overnight.

I started Slimquick extreme on Tuesday 5/5/2009. I am getting married in October 2009 so I am trying to lose 30 pounds total. I started at 176 on 5/5/2009; I am now at 172 on 5/8/2009. I haven't really changed my eating habits and I have only exercised once this week. I can actually say that I noticed a difference the next day or so. My pants are a little loose now (waist area). All of my weight gain is mostly in my midsection and my stomach has noticeably gone down, it's prob just water weight loss at this point, but I'll take that. It hasn't suppressed my appetite, but maybe I am just greedy..but I can say that this pill will not let you over eat or you will feel miserable and probably vomit. I have noticed my energy has gone up. I tried taking two pills in the morning and the other two mid day, but it was a little to strong and made me a little wacky. I am back to taking one in the am and one mid day. I am reading mixed reviews on this supplement, maybe it depends on your body's chemistry...

slim quick intense was such a great product it helped me so well that now my daughters are both trying it and they are loving it as well.

it helps you control your appetite it taste great too. it is well worth the price and not as expensive as other products i have seen out there. it works so smooth that you don't even realize that you're cutting down.

i am not at all rich and this fit into my budget just fine. i lost 30 lbs taking this product. i would recommend it over and over again. everyone around me saw the results on me....

For all those resolution dieters, I've got one that'll save you disappointment and money. I've been losing weight since last June and I've tried everything. I even had shots every week, and honestly that's the only thing that worked, but it got expensive, quick. I know all you women have seen those Slimquick commercials, mostly about how the women follow the men on the diet plan, and never see results. Well, in my shared experience, with a fellow dieter (we used the buddy system) Slimquick doesn't work, at all! I took a full month of the Slimquick Extreme, the next month I teamed it with the Slimquick Cleanse (followed directions) and nothing. I used the water flavor packets, and followed the diet and exercise plan...a big fat nothing, other than me standing there angry at the scale. Not even a pound for encouragement! Here's the kicker, my mother-in-law is a nurse, she looked over the contents, and told me that the ingredients as a whole are not proved to promote weight loss. She helps......

I started taking it to try and help me drop like 10 pnds and I acutally gained weight. I kept the same lifestyle as before I started taking the pill, I didn't eat alot, I worked out a couple times a week....at first I thought it was imagining it but I really was gaining weight!! Based on my experiance i would definitly NOT recommend this product!!...

So I am 5'3 and 125 but feel like I needed to tone and lean up.

My target in to lose 10 lbs and so far it's great at giving me energy and making me feel full. I am working out 3 times a week and I am patient. I don't think this product is good for people who want to lose tons of weight but rather keep the weight off or drop a couple pounds. It definetely works but you can't be eating crap all the time.

It's probly gonna be harder and take longer to lose the wright but this product is very helpful and makes me feel like I'm not hungry at all. Mission accomplished.

I have been taking Slimquick Extreme for a wk and have had no issues thus far. I put on several pounds over the past few months (though my girlfriends don't see what my issue is lol) and wanted something that would knock me down to normal size within a few weeks.

After wk 1, I'm already pleased. I don't deal in "pounds" so I use a Curves tape measurer to get my measurements. I have lost several inches overall and am well on my way back to a comfortable body size!

I read the entire pamphlet and followed the instructions RELIGIOUSLY, taking the amount directed in 6-hour, morning/afternoon intervals. I do cardio and strength sessions several evenings/wk. I watch what I eat and didn't drink much besides water - 1 cup of coffee first thing in the morning is my only caffeine.

I haven't been jittery ONCE, which is surprising considering other reviews - I had been expecting it and nothing. Anyway ... I should also mention that my workouts feel a lot more productive. I'm literally...

First I'd like to give you a background on my knowledge of "Supplements" this is not a diet miricale pill. None of them are. I see alot of people thinking that, taking any of the supplements think they dont have to eat right, drink water and exersice. That in conjunction with a supplement is how someone is going to lose the weight. I have worked for a dietician and my mother in law is a dietician.

As for SLIMQUICK with HOODIA. It is a energy booster and a fat burner.
It has WORKED FOR ME. I was 140 before I had my child 10 months ago I put on 90lbs in my pregnancy maxing out at 236 I am 5'6. I was 220 when I bought slimquick. I just started taking slimquick with hoodia " FOLLOWING THE DIRECTIONS" 2 1/2 weeks ago in conjunction with a sensible diet plan.( I use one similar to the grocery store diet.)
I only do a 15 minute low impact cardio (belly dance) and the work out in the little pamplet that comes with it. I have lost 12lbs!!! and 9.5 inches!!! total to date. I think anyone who...

Ok... let's be honest here, these kind of things are ok for a little energy boost but all they really are is a band-aid for a flesh wound. The real problems lie in the fact that we don't change our habits. There is no magic pill out there that will make you thin, you have to be willing to work for it. Find a permanent option!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I bought this Product to help me in my weight loss, at a local Drugstore. Seen advertisement everywhere. I followed the directions,and their meal planner. It did curb my appetite. I stayed on it for 4 weeks,lost 3LBS. I stopped using it because I didn't like the side effect, for me it felt like my heart was pumping overtime...
