Silm Fast Optimal Creamy Milk Shakes are so delish. I have on in morning and the afternoon and I'm never hungry in between. I also noticed that I'm not feeling sluggish especially in the mornings. I have great energy and I'm still moving by lunch time.

I normally dont reivew products However i must say if you are looking for a drinkn that will fill you up and is really great tasting you must really try the slim fast chocolate shake. It is AMAZING. I love the way it really tastes like chocolate andisnt some nasty can taste that alof of the meal replacement drinks are. It really is good and you would be surprised of how great the slimfast is. there is no after taste and it is definatley filling and the best part about it all is you can drink it anywhere!!...

I LOVE SLIM FAST SHAKES. MY FAVORITE IS RICH ROYAL CHOCOLATE OPTIMA. I HAVE FOUND THAT THE OPTIMAS DO WORK BETTER FOR ME AND CONTROL HUNGER LONGER. IM A HUGE CHOCOLATE LOVER AND TO ME, THESE SHAKES FIGHT MY CRAVING FOR SWEETS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ONE FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY - MENTALLY I LOOK AT IT AS MY TREAT. I am lactose intolerant, so finding any type of shake that I can digest is rare, indeed. I love the chocolate flavors , and when they are partially frozen they are fun to eat , too. I really appreciate their vitamins and minerals that provide what my body needs while on restricted food....

I really like this product. It may seem expensive to pay six or seven dollars for it, but if you break it down to what you're paying for a lunch, it's a good deal. I take one of these and something else small for lunch, and I seriously am full until dinner. But drink it cold! It's not good at all if it's not very cold. The taste is yummy! Even if you use it for nothing else than satisfying a chocolate craving, it's worth the money....

Maybe it's just me and I'm not cut out for a liquid meal. These shakes really do taste great but I have to pair them up with fruit, yogurt or some other low calorie food to really satisfy my hunger whether it be breakfast or lunch. I do love them though. They're fast, easy, convenient. So depsite my comment, I still give a 5 star rating. ...

I remember the old Slim Fasts. They tasted much better, almost like chocolate milk. I remember the first time I tried the Optima. It tasted bad and left a film coating on my tongue. It even developed a film layer on top as it sat in the glass. I think it is gross. The shake does not satisfy me for four hours as advertised. In fact, most of the time I am still hungry even immediately after I drink it....

Slim Fast is one of those products that has been around for ages and I think it is one of those things where you either love it or hate it.

I'm not extremely fond of the Slim Fast chocolate meal shakes, but I do like the convenience and there are times when you just need something in a hurry with low calories that will tide you over for a while.

I like the canned Slim Fast shakes for their portability and convenience. I would drink one again in a pinch because it is not bad tasting, but it is not something I would seek out either. It's not exactly like ordering a chocolate shake from the drive-thru, after all.

Tip: put the can in the freezer just long enough to give it the extra chill and thicken the shake to make it taste a little better.

Not the best or the worst product I have ever tasted, so I give the Slim Fast chocolate shake 3 stars.
