I hated the earbuds that came with my iPod. They were round and hard and too big for my ears. The salesperson at Best Buy turned me onto the Skullcandy Ink'd earbuds. I liked that they came in a ton of colors and had three different sizes of rubber inserts to fit all sizes of ears.

They are really comfortable in my ears and drown out outside noise. Even while working out, they don't fall out. I am on my second set of Ink'd earbuds. Mine lasted a little over a year and I listen to my iPod constantly. That's not all that bad. They aren't high-priced.

When these things need to be replaced, there's not much warning. They go down fast. With other earphones, usually the music cuts out in one ear or another when you move the cord when they need to be replaced. With these, I thought my iPod was broken, because the music got slow, like when a record (remember those?) was on too slow a speed.

I am 100% happy with these.

I bought these Skullcandy Buds earbuds for my teenage sons for Christmas. They had went through alot of earbuds before these. They either lost or broke at the very least 3 sets before these. It is safe to say that they are rather rough on earbuds. They both liked them alot. They stated that they fit into their ear canals and blocked outside sound better than any other pair of earbuds that they have had. The music sound was quite good for the price. The cord was nice and long which is always a plus for them. Five months later, one set of earbuds is still going strong with no technical problems whatsoever. Skullcandy earbuds are not responsible for the fact that one of my sons has lost yet another set of earbuds. The quality is good for the price. Overall, a good product.

When I first received my SkullCandy Ink'd headphones, I didn't know what to expect.

Priced at only $10, there's only so much I thought a pair of headphones that cheap could do. But the second I put them on, I was shocked at how high the quality of sound was. Not only do they do a great job of reducing outside noise, all frequences of sound come out great.

The bass is rap music is incredible, almost makes you want to use headphones for the rest of your life instead of using the sub in your car. High pitched sounds come out just as good.

Using this set of headphones makes me ask myself why SkullCandy even bothers making a better version of these headphones if sound comes out that well!

For any sort of personality/genre of music, these headphones definitely come out on top for anybody.

Last year my son bought an 80G Zune and gave me his Rio MP3 player so that I could join the 21st century. When asked if I was using Rio sometime later I had to admit that I wasn't using it because the standard earbuds that came with the player hurt my ears. A few months later he arrived from BYU with this little gift in hand: Skullcandy earbuds. These relatively inexpensive earbuds come complete with several sizes of cups so that chances are one will be the perfect fit for just about anyone's ears as well.

The earbuds are noise reducing as well and come with a little storage pouch that can be easily tucked into a purse or carryon bag to make an airplane trip more enjoyable. They even come with an adapter that will plug into the airplane's audio system. As much as I travel I found this feature to be wonderful.

They say there comes a time in every parent's life when the "Child becomes the Parent ant the Parent becomes the Child". I'd say this has happened here. Thanks, son.......

The skull candy ear buds are the best, easy to use, & the sound quality is great, PLUS they will not break the bank! Also you can find them in different colors, so that you can have many pairs for the kids!

The skull candy ear buds are the only ones i have found that do not irritate or hurt my ears. My ears are very sensitive and i can not wear the basic headphones that come with most music players. I also have a smaller ear canal than the normal person and basic earbuds tend to fall out of my ears. These ones dont. They stay nicely in place. I would recommend these to anyone out there with problems like mine.

I have small ears, and have had a hard time with the standard ear buds that came with my MP3. I don't like wearing the huge headphones that fit over the ear, since they are very uncomfortable, too. My nephew recommended this brand for me, and they are PERFECT! The Skull Candy fits well in my ear and is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I use mine most when I travel, which is often enough that I purchased 3 pair, since they were on sale when I got them!...

When I got a new iPod, I quickly discovered I needed more comfortable earbuds than the Apple earbuds that came standard with the iPod. A friend recommended Skull Candy. A local music store was able to hook me up with these earbuds. There were several different colors, not just the black pictured with this review. My brother got a rustic orange, while I chose a pretty dark red.

These Skull Candy earbuds are incredibly comfortable! I can listen to several one-hour lectures in a row, and at the end, my ears aren't aching like they would be with most earbuds.

I only have two negative things to say about them. First, they are truly noise-canceling! I love this when I am riding the city bus, but it's a little frustrating when I'm at home completely unaware that my sister is trying to talk to me. Secondly, there is a static noise whenever you bump or rub the cord. It was really annoying at first, but after a little while, I just got used to it like one would get used to their family room cuckoo...

These earbuds are probably the best I have ever used. The grip ensures a secure fit, meaning you can move around without worrying that your earbuds will fall out. This makes them a great workout companion. They also cancel outmost excess noise, so you get the benefits of noise-cancelling headphones without the clunky headgear. The only downside? Leave them in longer than 3 hours and they start to ache. I'd recommend takingthem outevery hour or so and giving your ears a break....

My friend's teenage daughter turned me on to skull candy ear buds. She raved about how great they were and that I should try them. So I did. I love them. I'm actually on my second set because my son and I faught over mine and we ripped them apart. LOL He obviously loved them too. Now I buy a set for the kids every birthday and Christmas. They always say "Aunt Shawna, I needed these so bad. I love them!"

I've tried these and they are OK, but not as good as the JBuds J2.

Personally, my favorite headphones are the JBuds J2 earbuds from http://www.JLabAudio.com .

I just got an advanced pair, they don't officially come out until the 28th of November on Amazon. I was lucky enough to get my hands on a pair of the Onyx Black JBuds J2 and they sound GREAT!

I've had them for a few weeks and they're the best headphones I've ever owned. They are extremely comfortable and very durable....

The Skullcandy inkd smokin buds earbuds are very good headphones. They have very good sound quality and very good bass.
