This smooth body Scrub is great in scent and the touch it leaves on your skin is soft and delicate. the cost of this product is reasonable and i find that anyone who uses this product will be pleased all around. i work in the beauty industry and ive yet to hear a bad thing about this product. i find old and young clients enjoy this product. The label is great and the ingrediants used in this product are just the right balance for high allergy people. This product could be used for man or women and has a long shelf life. i also find that the quanity is very good considered to the cost. i also believe this company has other products that are equally good and desirable. if your skin is dry or soft and you need results i find this to be a good product. i also found that is you suffer from burns, the soothing sensations in this product will sooth the burn. So my take and my liking are a B plus. So please enjoy and tell me what you think.

I'm a big fan of the Skindecent line of bath and body products. I also love super-strong exfoliating scrubs that feel like someone is scratching my skin with their fingernails. Skindecent's Bermuda Beach Smoother is pretty much my ideal body scrub and something that I will use for as long as it is available.

This bath scrub contains sugar, castor seed oil, soybean oil, coconut oil, cocoa seed butter, shea butter, fragrance, and a few other ingredients. Skindecent has over 100 fragrances from which to choose and there truly is something for everyone, including bakery, botanical, drink, fruit, designer duplicate, romantic, and seasonal scents. I've used Bermuda Beach Smoother in Pink Grapefruit, Buttermint, and Lemon Sugar and have been very happy with them.

When you apply Skindecent Bermuda Beach Smoother, it feels like you are smearing loads of beach sand across your skin. It isn't sand, of course, but this body scrub contains so much sugar that it feels like sand. This product...

My sister introduced me to Skindecent's hand made bath and body products about a year ago. From that moment on, I was addicted. One of my favorite products to use in the shower is the Bermuda Beach Smoother. Recently, I visited skindecent.com and chose a 4 oz. jar of this smoother in the Starfruit & Mango scent for $6.49. It was another home run!

About Skindecent Products

According to the website, all Skindecent products are made from natural vegetable based ingredients. The only chemicals used are the preservatives, which are required by law. All the scents that they use are fragrance oils, which have been approved as skin & body safe. They have chosen to mainly use fragrance oils instead of essential oils to be able to offer fun & tantalizing scents.

I love Skindecent's scrubs. There are a few different types to choose from and I have tried them all. There is something for everyone with these scrubs, some are heavy and leave a moisturizing oil behind and there is also one that moisturizes but doesn't leave your body like an oil slick. When you need a little extra moisture the Body Polisher is nice and leaves a layer of oil for the extra moisture and I find the scent lingers longer with this one. For everyday use or for use in the summer, I usually use the Sheen Appeal which leaves me soft and smooth but not so oily. I like that I can choose the scent and often if something isn't listed in her scent list, you can email her and she will often do custom scented scrubs and other bath products. I love her scents and she does the foody/sweet and green and floral all equally well. The customer service is superb.

The Verdict: Although I wouldn't be caught dead baring my skin on the beach, I love using SkinDecent's Bermuda Beach Smoother. It exfoliates gently and moisturizes with just one step and is very affordable.

Just the Facts: Last spring I placed a large order with a company called Skindecent.com which is an online bath and body products company based in Canada. Marliss, the owner, custom blends all the products to order. Almost everything she makes can be scented in your choic of over 100 different scents which are listed on her site.

One of the products I ordered that I just fell in love with is called Bermuda Beach Smoother which is a sugar scrub that is loaded with oils and cocoa and shea butters for softening and moisturizing.

Although this product has the word beach in it, I prefer to use it in winter when my skin turns flaky and itchy as it exfoliates all of that yuck off of me and leaves me moisturized. I've used scrubs in the past but they are almost always salt...

I've tried many Skindecent products over the past few months including foaming bath butter, bath truffles, moisturizers, and various scrubs. So far, my favorite Skindecent product is the Bermuda Beach Smoother body scrub.

This product is a table sugar-based exfoliating scrub that contains castor seed oil, soybean oil, coconut oil, and cocoa butter to hydrate and moisturize skin. It does tend to separate, with the sugar staying at the bottom and the oil layer floating up at the top. I suggest thoroughly mixing up your jar of Bermuda Beach Smoother before each use to ensure that your last few experiences with it are as lovely as the first several ones.

You can purchase this scrub in 4, 8, and 16 ounce plastic jars with a black screw-on lid. The most difficult part of buying Bermuda Beach Smoother is trying to select just one scent from the list of over 100! I love all the hand made products from Skindecent.com (see review) and will work my way through reviewing the many, many bath and body products I own from this small, one woman website in Canada.

Skindecent Bermuda Beach Smoother has been a favorite scrub of mine for quite a while. It's amazingly scrubby, heavenly scented, and leaves my skin polished, not stripped.

About the Product

This scrub is hand made per order with all natural ingredients. You can choose from over 100 scents from bold to light and even unscented (but please don't! The scent is one of the best features of this scrub).

There are several oils and butters in the scrub yet, amazingly, it doesn't leave my skin greasy or slick when rinsed off. It is white and has the consistency of wet sand.

My Use

I use Skindecent's solid soap (in a tub) to cleanse, then scoop out a fair amount of the Bermuda Beach Smoother. It's thick and grainy and holds together rather than feeling dry.
