I bought the Simmons NXG 400 this last spring and it is simply the best mattress I have ever slept on! I do a lot of traveling, and I can't wait to get home after my trips. I also loved it so much, I got my boyfriend to purchase the same mattress for his home. He feels the same way!!!

This is a great mattress alternative to other memory foam beds, because it has springs and lots of memory foam. So you get the best of both worlds. You cant go wrong with this bed!!!!

I purchased the Simmons Beatyrest World Class Mattress three years ago. Impressions have left the sleeping surface so uneven that I now suffer from back problems when I sleep on it. I don't have these same problems when I sleep on other beds.

Simmons won't replace it because the pillow-top doesn't show impressions. They disregard the fact that the impression is from a structural issue under the pillow top.

Horrible mattress!

We purchased a Simons Beauty Rest World Class King size for around $1,800 two years ago. We began to feel ruts where we slept. They have gotten so bad we had to buy a new mattress. Horrible mattress!!!!

My Simmons Beautyrest World Class Starvo X-Firm mattress sold to me by Mattress Warehouse on 1/28/09. BE WARE BECAUSE MATTRESS WAREHOUSE WILL NOT DO A COMFORT EXCHANGE OR REFUND MONEY EVEN IF MATTRESS HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. Mattress is so hard that after my first nights sleep I woke up with bilateral hip pain. This occured again after second nights sleep. Simmons and Mattress Warehouse don't care about the little guy....just about taking the little guys money....Nothing more then a bunch of big bullys. BUYERS BE WARE OF SIMMONS AND MATTRESS WAREHOUSE. Now out $1400.00 and can barely walk in the morning

We purchased a simmons world class beautyrest from Mattress Firm for over $1800. The first one that was delivered had a broken side panel and you felt like you were sliding off the bed. We final got the company (Mattress Firm) to replace it and the second one was delivered with body impressions. They refused to exchange the second one. So if this is the quality of the Simmons BeautyRest and the atitude of Mattress Firm. Do not buy from Mattress Firm or buy a Simmons.

The Simmons Beautyrest World Class Mattress - is horrible. I thought at first that it was great - very comfortable etc., but not long after I slept on it - maybe a couple of ;months - there was a deep impression in the mattress where I slept. When I talked to the dealer they said the impression had to be over an inch and a half deep!!!! I already felt like I was in a hole and couldn't turn from side to side. I have a bad back and after only 2 and a half years I am to the point that I am going to have to buy a new mattress because the company will not make it right....

The first time I tried it it was awesome, no noise and pretty comfortable. After about a month or so it started making noise when anyone layed on it. It's still comfortable but i think you can the springs aren't very good.

This is a pretty good mattress.We got it on sale for $1000 cause it was a factory closeout for the end of the season sale. It was pretty comfy when we got it and it still is comfortable. I used to toss and turn at night and now I sleep almost the whole night through. I havn't noticed as much back pain either. I still have a little back pain, but not as much as I used to on my old mattress....

I bought this matreess on really good deal on veteran's day from Mattress World as an exchange to my Seally Posturepedic and I don't want to exchange this one. This one is really good and comfirtable. Its extra coils really give me the support I need...

I have would not trade my Simons mattress for anything! I hurt my back in a car accident 18 years ago and I had trouble getting a good nights sleep. After we got our Simons mattress is so comfortable I can get a good nights sleep every night!

It is confusing when purchasing a mattress that is right for you. I'd highly sugest simmons Beautyrest World Class and Exceptionale. It is at the very firm side, but when you are lying on them, you feel relaxed as well. We bought one of each from a local wholeseller and the price is only half of what we may pay from big name retailers. Of course, there is some drawback, but we can live with that....

Purchased Simmons best world class mattress from local dealer. Mattress has ten year warrantee. After one year mattress sags in middle. Dealer said he quit handeling Simmons because he couldn't get them to stand behind warrantee. Dealer told me to contact Simmons direct. After contacting Simmons and filling out all their warrantee paper work they sent me, sending all pictures and measurements they required I had to call Simmons after one month because of no reply. When I called Simmons they told me they had lost my address and that they would not warrantee mattress because the pictures looked like the bed was within spec of mattress. I asked if they could have a service or sales representative come and look. They told me they didn't call on this area anymore and wouldn't sent a rep. They however do drive through this town each month to call on a dealer in another town. I am very disappointed in the bed that I paid $2,000 for and the disinterest Simmons showed. Bed......
