gtrwrlrd says "Awesome Gaming Site" about Shockwave

I love Shockwave more than those other gaming sites; their software is virus free and installs everytime, plus I haven't ever run into problems with their site not logging me in or being up. It works great and there are many fun and very addicting games to play. The games on this site are originally games and look really good. There are free games and trial games, the free games are a blast and the trails are really fun too!...

vivasuzi says "It's Shocking how often I visit Shockwave.com!" about Shockwave

I visit Shockwave.com on a monthly basis to check out what new Free games they have as well as to download Free trials. Shockwave is a great site to play various types of games with categories such as Puzzles, Arcade, Sports, Strategy and Word Games, there is something for everyone!

How it works is quite simple, go to the site and find a game to play! The truth is, I always go straight to the "online games" link because those games are free to play and don't need to be downloaded. After I get bored with those games, I go ahead to the Download section and download some free trials. Free trials can be played for an hour which is usually enough for me to have fun.

You can then purchase the games if you want to play them longer or get to higher levels. You can also get a subscription plan to play all the games unlimited. I, however, choose not to do this. Although I've been tempted many times to start paying for the games, I always talk myself out of it since there are enough...
...

BethMcCree says "My favorite game site" about Shockwave

Shockwave is great. For only $10 a month you can play any game they have for as long as you want. You can even beat all their games and never own it. Owning it is a good idea because if you lose your internet connection or if they have technical problems, though not often you can still play. I'm describing their unlimited gaming subscription that renews every month. You can also do the subscription for every 3 months I think, never did that option, if you don't like being charged every month. They have lots of types of games from card, board, action adventure, to racing games. They are similar to gamehouse, but I don't think gamehouse has an unlimited subscription. The bad thing is that it's incredibly addicting so a person will have lots of games installed on their computer at once. I have never had a problem with adware or viruses fortunately so they are a safe bet. They are highly recommended....

Khaide says "Great gaming site for all kinds of games" about Shockwave

If you can't find a game on Shockwave, it doesn't exist! They have such a wide variety of games. If you sign up for a free membership, you can play demos of virutally everything before you decide to buy. I highly recommend the Unlimited membership - it costs about $60/year & allows you to download every game on the site & play them all forever. My family all have different game tastes and we have all found games on Shockwave. When you finish a game, you can delete it from your computer & download a new one - Shockwave will even tell you similar games or games you might enjoy by checking the page of games you like.
...

This site is great. I was tired of downloading free trials of games and having the game close up just when I was figuring out how to use it. I signed up for the Shockwave unlimited and it has been worth every penny. I have several games on my desktop that I play when I get a chance and even my husband joins in. When you figure that these games cost on average about $20 to "own" it's worth it to pay the membership fee for a year if you are like me and like to try out new games. I had purchased two games in the past for $20 a piece and really wish I would have found Shockwave before that....

This is a great site if you like different games, but like to play the heck out of one of them until you beat it. You can sign up for their shockwave unlimited for about $60 per year and this gives you unlimited downloads and unlimited play. You have to sign in each time, but you can opt for the site to remeber you and you don;t have to type everything all the time. You can check out their selection and download free trials first to see if it's something you'd be interested in....
