We got our 46" Sharp Aquos Flatcreen TV this past December and I have been absolutely amazed at the quality of the picture ever since we got the HD hooked up.

This TV totally changes the way you watch movies, the big game and even your favorite shows at home. The picture is so crisp and clear that it really does make staying home to watch the game on TV almost as exciting as going to the games (since you always have a great view and a great seat)!

So far (knock on wood) we've not had any issues with this TV at all. When we got it we really debated on getting the 42" instead, but i'm really glad we went with 46". The difference in cost wasn't that significant, and even though we don't have a huge living room it still fits well in it.

Can't really think of any negatives to this TV at this point - really love it!

We decided it was time to try HDTV. We love sharp televisions and really couldn't afford the sony's. I have only owned sharp televisions so I might be a little bias. My first television was a sharp and twenty some years later I still have it. the picture is great. this television is replacing for us a sharp 32 inch tv. 46 sounds huge but I find that it really is a great viewing size. I expected such an overwhelming picture with that size but it is nice, you feel like you are viewing television like it was meant to be seen and not with the movie theater feel to it. it fits nice in a room. I like that it can be hung on a wall or the base. it is very solid and stylish. we have had no problems in the six months that we have had it. the price is great. sounds good. I like the remote that comes with the tv. easy set up. easy to see back so it makes plugging all the stuff in easy. I like that the conrols are on the top of the tv so it doesn't take away...

Thisis the sharpest tv I ever had. I was skeptical when my husband did not want to own anything else but after we got the HD hook up I was impressed by the picture quality and the sound. i love this TV. We also have a 36" in our bedroom. It has taken some time to get used to the TV mounted on the wall and I worry my 7 month old son will have a permenant nech condition having to look up at the TV. After I got used to it i love it and the fact there is one less piece of furniture in the house to move and clean around is perfect in my book. We ahad a few problems but Sharp sent technician free of charge and it turned out our cables were loose and he merely tughtened them and we were back to aperfect picture and sound once again and they even followed up with us and made sure the TV was still wrking well and thatwe were happy. i have owned other tv's but from now on I will only own the ones that say Sharp. I realy like this TV.

The Sharp Aquos LC-46D62U was the best quality LCD for the price. We shopped several stores looking at a several brands and the Sear's price and service stood out above the rest. The set up of the TV was simple. The manual was easily understood.

I bought this LCD HDTV in December of 2007 for the sale price of $995.99 plus tax at Sears. It was an after Thanksgiven purchase and sale. This tv has performed flawlessly since I took it out of the carton, and connect it to the power supply, and proceeded to connect all my components, such as Sat. Receiver, and DVR, DVD player, and from that 1st initial setup, I have not had to take the tv remote and adjust this tv in anyway. I use the dish/DVR remote to control the channels and Sat.'s, however as for the clarity, the picture has been one of the best that I personally have had the pleasure of comparing to all other brands. The reason I say: "compare", is the facts that I've viewed this same LCD HDTV, beside of all types of others in one of the "big" stores, and the picture was great then, and when I got it home, I'm even more impressed. If there were to be one thing that could be improved upon, I could say it needs more speakers, sound boost, or something to adjust the volumne, higher.......

I am very pleased with my purchase, as it came with a Sharp Blu Ray player. The Blu Ray is extremely slow when it comes to starting up movies. I also had to wait a month to get my tv since they had no more in stock, the store blamed the company for not producing enough during the promotion....

I did tons of research, looking at 40" and 46" LCD 1080p models. Read over a hundred reviews and after seeing all the choices in person came to the conclusion that the Sharp Aquos and the Sony Bravia XBR2/3 were the best of the best. The Samsung was close.

Sony has the better historical rep but I truly believe that Sharp has matched their picture quality, if not bettered it in many aspects. When I assessed the two sets as equals then it was a simple decision to choose the Sharp Aquos 46 instead of the Sony Bravia XBR2 40" for basically the same money.

I am not a pro at assessing tv's but for my money the Sharp is perfect for me. Highest quality picture for a great price. I have NO quality issues with my set, NONE.

Also, my XBOX 360 has never looked better, it's so easy to become immersed in the Hi Def experience.

Regarding price, I shopped Best Buy, Circuit City, Costco and also many online dealers. With a little anxiety I chose Abe's of Maine, having never even heard of them b4 starting this...

Look no more for a great TV buy the Sharp Aquos TV. We have purchased two different size screens and just love the picture and dependability. Also great service via an 800 number. When I had problems connecting accesories to it they were great walking me through it step by step.

I recently purchased one of these tv's from costco. I must tell you, for the money, it is the best tv I have ever owned. The picture quality if great and for the price, I don't think you can beat it. The hdmi connection was painless and the rest of the connection process went easy as well. I would highly recommend this tv....

At first I didn't want to spend so much on just a TV, but after my husband talked me in to it we bought it. After setting the TV up, I couldn't believe how great it looks and every little thing is visable. Even my children has seen the difference and my friends and family can't get over how great our new TV is....

I really like this kind of TV. It's one of my favorites. I really liked the picture quality and it hangs on walls really easily. This televsion has been a great product. Never any problems, picture is smooth and bright. Beautiful TV! Price was a little high when we bought it but it had just come out. It was worth the price though. We bought this TV so my fiancee could see his video games bigger and better and that's exactly what he got....

I purchased this television about a year ago and think it's a great choice. The new tv market is definitely confusing with all the different brands and models and variety of pricing. This tv provides a crisp picture is dependably and substantial. I would highly recommend this particular tv and it's worth the extra few dollars.
Only con is sound doesn't seem to adjust between commercials & programs....
