We have had 7 or 8 mattresses. We keep thinking we will happen upon one that really lasts more than 3 years, but with arthritic needs, can truthfully say I have never had a mattress that lives up to its claims. We have had Serta, Sealy, Select Comfort, Simmons Beautyrest and and older company Tempur pedic.

What is the trick to finding a reliable one? Was going to try Sleep Number but it's the price of a small car! YIKES.

I bought a serta pillow top queen matress from mattress warehouse and two weeks after having it in my home the mattress was saging and they would not replace it or give my money back and I had to call serta and when I did they wouldn't replace it either. I will never buy a serta mattress again no mater how any one else feels.

My husband has back problems and we were referred to the Serta Sleeper for the best comfort available and had problems with it from the day we purchased it. We returned the Mattress twice in an effort to correct the problem-(sagging in the places where we lay), however we purchased a medium support and they were unable to replace it with the same firmness. We ended-up with an extra firm mattress, which is very uncomfortable. Needless to say the "Comfort Center" we purchased it from went out of business and we are now stuck with Sleepless nights!!

I purchased the Serta Vera Wang pillow top queen size, out the door price was just over $1750.00. After one year of rotating 180 degrees and minimal use due to working out of town, the mattress has a 3 inch sag in the middle. Serta voided my warranty and will not stand behind their product. I purchased the mattress protector to have the 10 year warranty, there is not a stain on the protector as well as the mattress. However, the Serta inspector has some how used super power magnification to find a non-existing stain. Stay away from Serta, read other horror stories from upset customers brought to you by Serta themselves!

I purchased this mattress with the idea that I was buying quality. Was reassured by the 10 year warranty and of course the sales person. Well, now I wake up everymorning with pain and a headache. The mattress sags like a hammack and there is nothing I can do about it. The warranty is worth nothing unless you can find a way to flatten the super thick pillowtop. Serta will send an inspector that will take a picture of the sagging. Of course they say if you can't see the sagging in the picture..there is no defect. Go cry in your pillow..it is all you can do. What junk...those sheep should be rack of lamb on the grill!!!

I bought my Serta Pillowtop Queen mattress from Shop NBC about 6 months ago. They didn't advertise the firmness of the mattress so I was skeptical about buying it. After a few days of getting used to the new mattress I felt like I was in heaven. It is not too soft and not too firm which is perfect for me!

My daughter splashed her kool-aid on the bed about a month ago and with a little bit of shaving cream it came out of the bed with no problems, so I was impressed with the quality of the material used to make the bed. The mattress and boxsprings seem very well made and I expect it will last a lot of years.

The price of the bed seemed a little bit overwhelming at first but Shop NBC had value payments on it and that made a big difference when I purchased the bed. The price was excellent for what I feel I recieved in merchandise.

If this bed ever wears out I will be buying Serta again!

bought a serta perfect day mattress and now 1 year later find this to be the worst mattress we ever owned--im 170 my wife 130-- this mattress slowwly decompresses thru the night until your in a sink hole by morning --had to flip this matrress upside dn and add foam just to get rest while searching for a better mattress this time around--total piece of junk...

My husband and I purchased this mattress to replace a very high-end mattress my mother-in-law had purchased as our wedding gift. She works at a mattress store and had been able to procure a $3000 mattress for fairly inexpensive. Unfortunately, by the time we needed to replace it, we no longer lived near her and needed to find one of our own. We ended up purchasing the Serta Pillowtop Mattress and LOVE IT!! We didn't need to spend $3000 to get a mattress that delivered the same comfortable sleep. Hooray!

I purchased this matress and let me say I just love it. I used to always purchase extra firm and found that by buying something not quite so firm is better for my arthritis and firbromylagia. I have never slept this well. It is the best buy I have made.

This Serta Perfect Sleeper with Memory Foam Pillow Top Mattress is like climbing out of a marshmallow. Way too soft to be comfortable. Purchased this with an adjustable frame. Should have saved my money and continued to sleep on the 10 year old mattress!

I think the Serta Matress is confortable. My back used to hurt alot & I didn't sleep well. But sence we've had our Serta Matress my back has'nt hurt & I sleep alot better. Also my Husband had alot of back problems & now he does'nt.
